These people are amazing!
After going to two medical supply stores looking for a hard to find part I ended up here. I explained the situation (a sob story) and after spending 15-20min looking for my part the lady at the counter handed it to me. I asked “how much?”She smiled and said don't worry about it - hope your dad feels better.
I looked around figuring there’s some hidden camera - but no this was real.

I know life is full of disappointments and this place is one of them. I have order Wheelchair for my mom, I have talked to Liz and she told me it will be ready 2-3 days. She called 4 days later Thursday and will be ready Saturday 1pm, we went to pick it up and they say it is not ready, it will be ready 4pm. They told me it will be ready today and will call me to pick it up, or sure ready Monday, no call.
Monday pass, no call, I called Tuesday, and they say wheelchair was ready for pick up Friday but since I did not pick it up she gave it to someone.. WTF
My mom needs her wheelchair, she can not walk.
I hope they can be more responsible doing their job.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Don’t waste your time with them. Stay away! I went in on Wednesday to buy my mom, who has Parkinson’s, a mobility scooter for a Parkinson’s walk that my entire family is participating in on Saturday. Charlie informed me he could have their driver go to their other location and pick one up for me and have it by end of day on Thursday. When I called Thursday afternoon, I was told, in somewhat of a rude tone, that it was in transit and is still on its way and was told it would be there by end of day. Well.... Thursday came and went and I never heard from them. So, this afternoon (Friday) I again called over and talked to Charlie and asked him if the scooter came in, since I was told it would be there by end of day on Thursday and it was now Friday. He said the driver was in “transit” with the scooter. When I asked him how that could be since it was supposed to be there already, he told me that the driver didn’t get back before they closed so it was still in his truck, but he would call the driver to see where he was at and call me back within 15 minutes. Well.... 45 minutes later, I called back and some girl answered. I asked to talk to Charlie and she told me he was out getting coffee!! I thought maybe I misheard her and maybe he was out making copies so I asked her what she said and once again, she said he was out getting coffee!!!! I proceeded to tell her he was supposed to be finding out where my scooter was and getting back to me over a half hour ago and she had the nerve to tell me, “Well, he’s on a coffee break.” Trying to hold back every frustrated nerve I had, I asked her if maybe she could help me then and she said no, because she didn’t know anything about it, although I explained the entire situation to her. It is now almost 7:00 on Friday. They closed at 5:00 and I still NEVER got a call from them. Luckily, I made it just in time to a different place and was able to get my mom and scooter so she can join us in our walk to fight Parkinson’s, but absolutely NO THANKS to this horribly ridiculous run business.

I am so grateful to Bobby, the owner of Emporium Medical Equipment. Last week, while I was driving from Tucson to Orange County, I was able to negotiate a purchase of an item I needed for my mom. She lives in a Senior Living facility in the Fullerton area. He took my order over the phone and personally delivered the item to the facility for my mother. I can't say enough about his dedication to great customer service.
I wasn't able to get to his store before they closed on Saturday and he delivered the item on Sunday. On top of it, I found out it was the wrong item size (midweek) and he went to the Assisted Living home that day and exchanged the item.
I would highly recommend Emporium Medical Equipment. They obviously go above and beyond for their clients.

Heidi was very helpful and caring. 2-3 weeks for delivery of a wheelchair because it was to be 2 inches narrower. 3 weeks later and for the last 3 more weeks, I can't get her again. I called 5-7 times, so far, and spoke to people with no return calls on follow up.

We stopped by about 5pm on a Wednesday. The male worker was reclined in floor model recliner. He was nice enough goes how can i help you. We told him what we were looking for. He goes we have those. We were wondering if he was going to get up and show us. Nope we looked around the store the item was nowhere to be found. So we were on are way out he goes anything else I can help you with. I go well we wanted the hospital bed table. He goes we have those $125 I dont have one out I would have to put it together or you could take it in the box. 15 min had past so we just left. looked online found what we need for $50. And we wonder why people are going to online retailers
