the staff is unprofessional and the service is unacceptable. They should be shut down. They don't care about patients wellbeing and don't even bother to check on them. Do better, your patients deserve better. You could die there and they wouldnt know for days. I would give them negative stars if I could.

To night was A horrible experience the security and the ( nurse). I understand the policy and regulations, but the nurse don’t have to shake her head and get us attitude. All i want to drop off a blanket and pillow for my sister and mom at the hospital. The nurse was shaking her head, kidding me I attitude. I explained to them i want to drop it off or call her to come pick it up from here. ( Nurse) was sit get me a attitude and the security was being rude. She was a older lady and she can’t tell me to step outside, but there were no line. No patient behind me and I told her what I can’t stand right there to give it to my sister. The security was being rude. There were no line no patient behind me at all at 2 AM in the morning. They were making a big deal out of it so I have to call the (supervisor nurse)and explain understand the regulation the rules about one patient per visit but she don’t have to give me attitude, shaking her head and being rude to me at 2 o’clock in the morning.

ER DR JOVE GRAHAM SHOULD NOT BE IN THE PRACTICE OF MEDICINE. He is arrogant, HORRIBLE bedside manner, asks you how you feel and what your symptoms are and then tells you that they make no sense and you shouldn't feel that way. He tried to debate what my moms doctors are doing for her saying she shouldn't be on oxygen. She went in because she is passing out and has a whole body numbness and he is trying to give her a stomach CT when she is telling him it is her head and that she feels dizzy. He said “the er is not somewhere you go for a diagnosis” She couldn't remember all of what happened so when my aunt walked in she tried to explain to him what has been happening and he stated his conversation with my mom went great when clearly it did not because she has no memory of what happened. My aunt then asked for his name and he said I'm not giving you my name she looked around to see his name tag & said she said it aloud he requested she be escorted out of the hospital immediately and had 2 guards escort her out. Overall a DISGUSTING experience and definitely not a place to care for your loved ones or yourself!!!

Usually when I come here there’s no problems. But it’s really going downhill. All these new nigh shift people are not well mannered and have attitudes when you ask them about anything. Yesterday on thanksgiving was worse! When I was getting my shot I was seated near the nurse desk and you would think they were having a college hangout. The way they talk makes me feel uneasy of the care they might provide. The night I was here, there was a lady next to me and she was complaining about the wait and how the 3 workers laughed at her. (she seemed mentally I’ll, not all there) and the people in the round desk area were laughing and making comments. That’s someone’s mother, daughter, or sister going thru whatever feelings they are going thru obviously she’s not all there and them laughing was disrespectful especially someone working in the hospital. These new college kids are ruining this ER. I get it they need experience but have someone higher monitoring them and making reports.

After nearly two weeks of unbearable pain, the ER staff at Clovis Community ER was amazing. I did spend 7 hours there but in that time I had 2 blood tests, 2 ultrasounds, and a CT scan. The Dr wanted to find an answer and he did. Then, three days later I get a call from the ER that after continued testing, diagnosed me with an infection and sent a antibiotic prescription to my pharmacy. I am thrilled with the care.

At Clovis community hospital it full and no rooms for emergency only patients allowed in unless they are under 17 and over 70 all in all it went pretty slow short of nurses and Drs due to overwhelming amount of people.this is going to happen .ore and more let's just flood America with open boarder thanks to this current administration. I hope we all realize how bad it is and how much worse 😔 lots of patients do not speak English so translation is needed in language that many of us don't speak

I've normally had great experiences coming to Clovis Community ER and the hospital itself, but having brought my wife here for the first time has been close to a nightmare. She's been stuck in the ER since 11am yesterday and only received a bed at 11pm last night while being told She's been admitted, but still in a crappy ER room bed while I guess waiting for a room to open up. She's exhausted. Can't sleep or get comfortable. Miserable. I'm truly rethinking my decision to have brought here here and will definitely consider going elsewhere next time.
UPDATE: Talking with an employee of the hospital, I was told that there's 2 reasons this ER is slammed with people. One, the influx of Madera people coming here since they have no hospital there. Two, shortage of staff. They're losing nurses to become travel nurses with a much greater pay. They're so low on staff there's a complete wing with empty beds cause of no staff to work it.

We had to come down from our vacation in Kings Canyon due to a guest breaking her ankle. They only allow one person in with her, which has meant that I have had to wait in Clovis for four hours trying to find things to do in the bathrooms to use. Emergency rooms are never fun nor quick and I guess they don’t want their waiting room filled with people, but it seems like they could make an exception certainly for people who don’t live in this area. The weight seems a bit ridiculous. They reviewed the x-rays. They’ve given her a boot and crutches and now they’re just waiting on the doctor …. for over an hour. Grrr
