This was my first time at this urgent care. But they were so kind so fast and made things so easy. The NP that saw my toddler was very nice and gentle with my son. The prescription was sent to my pharmacy immediately. This was much appreciated considering I had just been at Peachwood urgent care they are so rude and just aloof. Typically prescriptions from Peachwood take a few hours to 24hours before I can pick them up.

Find another urgent care. I took my daughter here on 2/9. We waited for a while which is par the course for urgent care but waited for a while either standing or sitting on the floor for part of the time since there weren’t enough chairs. We finally get called back and the NP takes maybe 1 minute checking on my daughter’s ears and says “nothings wrong no infection take allergy meds if she needs it” and sent us on our way. My daughter had been in tears over earaches and even had to miss a few days of school over the pain and then started experiencing hearing loss! This provider had me convinced my daughter was just trying to get out of school and was faking it. When I could tell her hearing was off I took her to a different urgent care and found out her ears were infected, inflamed, and had a significant build up of wax 😡 she was finally prescribed abx by the new Dr and the earaches and everything went away, go figure. I feel so bad for not believing my daughter!!! This could’ve easily been treated the first time.

Dr Green was very thorough and friendly. Came in, was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, and had us in and out of the office in a short amount of time... and that was after lab tests were performed! The clinic was cleaner than others I've visited too.

Care & communication was great. I called while in the parking lot (leaving) to double check my prescriptions were sent to pharmacy. I was told she was sending them right now (12:30 pm). A friend graciously offered to pick up scripts for me (3:30 pm). The pharmacy hadn't received the orders !!! I called urgent care, she assured me they will be sent "this" time . Ugh.....they were, & my friend has to wait !!! And I don't have my prescriptions in a timely fashion. Not cool urgent care......

My daughter walked in at 5:58 waited in line while I parked! When I walked in I waited in line then when called up was told they wouldn’t see us because it was 6:05 despite the fact we were in line before closing! Jazmin was incredibly rude to me and my daughter! I do have to say Evelyn handled the situation a lot better and was very respectful. We would not suggest coming here unless you want to be treated horribly!

Terrible experience. I checked in because of my son’s hand/wrist pain while playing basketball. When we checked in, the first thing that was supposed to come into her brain was an X-ray. They took a $ 40 copay. The first thing the medical assistant said when they were walking in. He might need an X-ray, but we don’t have anyone to do the X-ray. She called the nurse practitioner and said that we didn’t have anything. I asked if she would give a referral to do his X-ray. They said No, you have to call by yourself and find out who has an x-ray available in the urgent care. They didn’t even touch my son’s hand to see what happened. I ask for my copay back. The medical assistant was rude and talked to me insultingly; they said I should ask when I come in if we have an X-ray tech. The receptionist said you’re changing your mind to take him somewhere else. He walked in the back door, and you have to pay. I told her I was not changing my mind, but the NP said she couldn’t do anything then and couldn’t even give me a referral for an X-ray. The receptionist's answer was you can come back tomorrow ( my son is in pain right now). I was very disappointed with the responses; they were so disrespectful. FYI! They take $40 only to check the patient’s weight. That’s what I felt this morning. I have to take him to the different urgent care and my co-pay again

I took my teenage daughter to get her congestion, cough, and ear ache checked out. We went first thing in Sunday and it wasn't very busy, but we waited 45 minutes. They have an online check-in that you can do before you go to the office to shorten your time in the waiting room, I recommend it because other people did that before it even opened, which got them into the doctor faster than us. The desk staff was nice. In the exam room, the assistant ran off a lists of tests (Clovis, flu, strep, respiratory panel) and asked if we wanted those done. I appreciate being given control of what I have to pay for, but it was very strange to be asked these things before a doctor checked the patient. She allowed me to wait until the doctor came. The doctor explained that his staff is instructed to ask about standard tests based on sets of symptoms and that can speed up diagnosis. I can respect that ... However, the doctor took a closer look at my daughter and diagnosed her without any tests. I would go back to this place, I would check-in ahead of time, and I would still postpone all tests until the doctor is seen.
