The receptionist Becca was rude when I was trying to make an appointment. Perhaps she was having a bad moment or day. It’s understandable, but when you are at work you should leave your personal issues at home and focus on how you talk to people.

I called to make an appointment at the clovis office and the person who answered the phone said we can "just walk in at 11:30" I asked "does he need an appointment", and she answered "no, just give me his last name and i will be expecting him"
When my wife called the phone number to get the address to the Clovis office, someone from the Fresno office tried to convince her to drive all the way to Fresno instead of just giving her the address and directions to the Clovis office. She even told her "you dont want to go there, it is a orthopedic xray office" Well my son had fallen and hurt his wrist, so ...
All in all, a very confusing set of experiences. I wonder if the offices give a bonus for doing more xrays, and the offices compete for business. Not a very professional way of doing business, in the future i will be using one of the other xray places in town

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The staff is rude. They are overbooked and they have you arrive 45 minutes early just in case they can take you early! How ridiculous is that. AVOID IT!!!!!
