We had the best experience with Dr. Dhaliwal and his very professional staff. They were timely, efficient and very accommodating. Dr.Dhaliwal removed our 7 yr old granddaughter’s arm cast. He made sure she wasn’t frightened and she enjoyed the entire experience. Thank you Clovis Urgent Care!

The doctor on staff seemed more interested in finding reasons why he didn’t need to see another patient in the day than trying to assist. Is taking a few moments to see a patient and prescribe an inhaler for asthma and an epipen for severe life threatening allergies really that difficult? He couldn’t have taken a few moments to do that? It’s not like I was asking for narcotics or anything remotely illegal or addictive or could even be abused. I literally only wanted inhalers for asthma, nebulizer medication for asthma so I can breathe and an epipen for a severe peanut type allergy and a topical eczema cream I’ve been using since I was a kid… it’s for a rash for goodness sake. Over the years I’ve had doctors prescribe with no problem addictive steroids (without explaining to me that it was highly addictive) and other narcotics for pain (which I didn’t ask for, didn’t want & can’t even handle taking because I get super sick from hard pain medication)…. But yet I’ve had the WORST time getting simple prescriptions like inhalers or skin creams for eczema from doctors.. what is the deal! It’s not like I’m going to get high off of a topical eczema cream or an inhaler for asthma… It just helps me breathe! Again none of my medications are remotely addictive or drug abused medications! And why did they take down ALL my insurance information and copy’s of all my information and have me wait forever JUST to tell me they won’t see me. If they have attempted to charge my insurance for a visit that never happened I will be livid. The ladies at the front reception area were respectful and pleasant. The doctor was awful.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. The absolute worst receptionists on the face of earth! Karen, Serri, and Tamos were the rudest people I’ve ever experienced in my 45 years on this earth! My blood test was compromised due to a negligence in their office they told me my tests came back normal when in fact they didn’t spin my blood. I tried to ask them not to bill me because now I have to retest somewhere else they will not help me! Serri said she would take care of it and make sure I wasn’t charged she promised a call back mind you this was after Serri went off on me in a rude way saying she’s not a robot and literally yelled at me on the phone just because I needed help with my bill! Serri lied to me she didn’t call nor fixed the problem. She said my tests were normal when in fact they weren’t and if I didn’t request a copy I wouldn’t of known that the results were compromised They so rude, I can’t believe the amount of neglect I went through! I still am having unresolved medical issues, and they don’t care about people! When I called a 6th time Tamos said they made notes about me in the system, that I had to pay for the tests and threatened she was going to call the cops on me!!? Like for what? I just needed help with my bill!! I’m so shocked I went through this! I’m not a difficult person and overall understanding I just didn’t want to pay for a blood result that’s wasn’t spun and caused my blood cells to separate to long for quest to give a good result. It was a very important test!
I can’t believe I went through this! By far the worst experience in my life! Do NOT go here!!! I recommend this company fire these receptionist and get new ones. Clearly, after reading reviews I’m not the only one experiencing awful customer service. Please safe yourself the trouble and go anywhere else these people only care about money not people.

Everytime I have to go into Clovis urgent Care the staff, the PA's and the doctor are great. Wait time maybe a little because they have a several coming into see them and use their service, but be patient they care about your welfare.

Their office is horrible at getting back to you about billing. I paid $670 out of pocket for my first visit as it was an emergency. I was told at my follow up I could provide my insurance information and they would bill them for the 1st visit and would be refunded the overpayment (minus my deductible) I was told that visit was included in the $670. They ended up only billing the insurance for the second visit. One year later and they have given excuse after excuse. Now they are REFUSING to send the bill to the insurance. They tried to say that i said not to bill my insurance. In this economy? Yeah right. They basically got paid by me AND the insurance. It feels like insurance fraud... They also have the audacity to try to send me to collections for $34 for my co-pay.

If I could give then a no star I would I went t in there earlier h ave been there ounce e before I should of k own then he wouldn't be able e to help me I had my insurance card and sh e goes to t elll me that I owed 34.00 dollars for the last time I was in there and I told them I was having chest pains on my left side didn't care that I possibly could be having a heart attack or stroke and goes to tell me they want see me that I owe a bill which my insurance would covered if they would submit it to my insurance so I go to a different urgent care and they were closing and I believe that a very bad practice to turn away a patient complaining of chest pains so I wouldn't recommend taking anybody there for urgent care because money is more Important than my well being so if I die tonight I'm telling my family to sue this place not right .I understand they have to get payed then she tries. To tell me I didn't have medical when I came in before how would she know she never tried to bill them just left it as a bill I needed to pay and I bet they will send me another bill now .I'm feeling real bad now need to call a ambulance .oh and also found out there not supposed to ask me for money while I'm on medical .please do not use this facility they don't care if your having chest pains I'm turning them in to the board and bbb and any other group I find to make them get there crap together it's a urgent care place and needs to do urgent care not send people away when they didn't even take my vitals to see if it's probably a heart attack didn't ask me any questions except why am I there and I owe a bill the y didn't submit to my insurance baddddd business .they could of at least say do I need a ambulance just sent me away didn't care one bit .not a good place to go .don't know why I went back didn't do anything for me the first time and tried to bill me for that bill .needs to be looked into I do believe after all the complaints they have had of rude people that work there they would seek new help .they said couldn't see me because there corporate told them if I couldn't pay the bill they couldn't see me .

Dr Ghosoph was amazing. Went today with no appointment. Have a bad cough for the last 3 weeks and also felt like I cracked a rib. I was seen within a half hour, probably sooner. And without an appointment that's pretty good. I'm sure the times vary depending on what you're being seen for and how many others are there. But I got X-rays and talked with the DR. She gave me multiple options and we agreed on what I felt comfortable with. No hassle no fuss. I will definitely be back for any other urgent care needs. Everyone from front of the office, back and DR were all very nice.
