Very dismissive, condescending. Went to an appointment with my family member because they've been really sick and needed someone with them. Being a bystander and witnessing the way that this doctor interacts with a patient, shutting down any plea for guidance or help, was unbelievable. She decided on what she believed to be the diagnosis immediately and with nearly no kind of examination. Even after having the symptoms further explained to her and responding "oh well that's new information" (she didn't read any of the intake/'reason for visiting' info until after this happened) she clearly did not want to admit she had rushed to a conclusion and it was likely not what she initially said. She was adamant that although the symptoms did not match her initial diagnosis, she was sticking with the advice of "do nothing and wait maybe you will improve". My family member has only become increasingly sick and in a worsening condition since this doctor could not be bothered to listen or care.
I had heard of previous experiences like this at this office, and feel bad for assuming it was an exaggeration. This doctor outwardly appears kind, but honestly makes it seem as though the appointment is an inconvenience to her and you need to be in and out as quickly as possible.

This is not slander by any means, just me expressing my own personal experience with Dr. Arreola. My initial visit with her seemed promising, I thought that I had found my "home doctor's office" with her, however, that thought quickly changed following subsequent visits with her. She would rush my visits (which weren't cheap by the way) and had explained to me on one occasion that she had a lot of people to see and that she couldn't spend too much time with me and that she could only see me for what I made the appointment for, however, what I had made the appointment for, kind of coincided for what my next concern was. I felt like the care that I had received from her was fair enough to get by at that time, but not quality for what I was paying and the type of insurance that I had. All of the rushing and still had to wait a while to be seen.

Dr. Arreola is very attentive & compassionate. She’s been our physician for at least 20 years. We followed her from her previous location, as we were very happy with her care for our 3 children, and in fact our entire family. I’ve recommended numerous friends throughout the years and they’ve all shared exactly the same, that her dedication is evident. We’ve NEVER had an issue with getting an appointment or prescription. If anyone ever has, I would not put that responsibility on the physician entirely. Perhaps office personnel doesn’t follow up. Dr. Arreola is extraordinary without a doubt.

I've been attending this office for the past 15 years and every year is a struggle to get an appointment, call back, updated prescriptions or even common curiosity when dealing with her patients and thier time. Today was the final straw for me, I made an appointment for an allergic reaction due to the covid shot on my arm (Had to see in person to understand how far it spread into my chest area) and was told to be there by 1115 for an 1130 appointment, I did as I was told and after all the paperwork was done they said oh we called you a bit ago to cancel your appointment and do a phone appointment instead, I said okay well I didn't get that call and I'm physically here so she can understand the full picture along with the chest pains ect. They went to the back and said oh well she's on another appointment phone call and then we'll have to see if she's even willing to see you! I was like I'm confused as to why if you moved me to a phone appointment without every really calling me and now she's on the phone with another appointment that would have been my time right? The lady just sat there staring at me saying ummmmm....I called Clovis Urgent care and was seen by an amazing Dr there who said without a doubt I needed to be seen in person especially with the arm numbness, bruising and extention into the chest cavity area. Officially getting a new physician that takes pride in actually treating the patient....

Had a bad experience with her myself. I only saw her because my normal doctor was out sick and I had to see her. Had a really bad cold that had been going on for over a week. Wanted to see her for possible antibiotics. She pulled out my chart and saw the word "Rhinitis" (allergies) on it. Without even checking me, she just said, "Oh you have allergies. That's all this is." I told her that I can tell the difference between a cold and an allergy. I've had both. She just slammed the file shut and just told me I had allergies and walked out the door. What's up with that

Dr. Arreola has been my most trusted physician for many, many years. I recently fell n was released from ER a few hours later. ER told me I was OK and to follow up with my GP. Dr Arreola examined me next day and sent me for CT. She called me immediately after receiving results and had me go directly to ER. Brain bleeds from TBI. Very likely saved my life. I am forever grateful.

Cannot reschedule appointments because, if you are lucky enough to have someone answer the phone, they immediately put you on hold and leave you there. OR, the exchange answers and you will never get anyone to return your call. Also, trying to get records from them is impossible. Which is illegal! Their refusal to send medical records when requested in the proper manner is a big problem. Stay far away from this medical office.

All around terrible office. They actively disrespect their patient’s time, money and personal health concerns. If you have other options, use them.
