We have so much fun coming here. The girls are all fun and extremely attentive. Nicole, Joanne and Lily are on top of it! Dr. Nabili knows his stuff. He caught the charco my hubby had right away and was able to preserve his foot. We love this office. if you have leg/foot issues dont go to ER/Urgent care. They diagnosed my husband incorrectly 3 times. Dr. Nabilli is literally the best podiatrist we've seen. He takes his time and makes sure you understand everything. Don't second think it. Your legs and feet will be in the best hands. Also tbey have free covered parking if that matters.

Words can't really express just how much I appreciate Dr. Nabili, his staff and their services. They are all so welcoming, kind, patient. They provide top notch care. Dr. Nabili helped with my wound care to get some long time on going wounds healed and has my feet in the best shape they have been in for YEARS. I was referred to him by a patient and I will absolutely be telling others about their office!

I already posted a review on yelp. But I just wanted to point out the amazing care I got from Dr. Jason Kaplan. I usually do NOT like to write reviews unless they either deserve it or it was horrible service.

But in this case he took care of my issues in a way that I felt understood! I even recommended him to my family members. He is new to the practice, and I will hopefully be seeing him again. Keep this one! 🙏🏽

This practice took over for Dr Mullen in Fresno, the original Dr we saw in the past. The West Coast Podiatry office isn't listed on Google maps yet, only their Clovis office is. We saw Dr Smith at the new Fresno location and he is a 5 star Dr, but has sadly relocated to LA. He did an amazing job correcting my son's ingrown toenail. He was so gentle to try to cause as little pain as possible, this was the 3rd time my son has had it "permanently" corrected. We've never been to their Clovis office, this review ONLY applies to the Fresno location.
We returned for a check of the surgery site and saw Dr Larkins since Smith was gone. Dr Larkins did not have the same sweet gentle spirit as Dr Smith. He was nice enough, but definitely rushed & likely over booked with a full waiting room of patients. It's very possible that's not his normal bedside manner. He was all business, in and out. I wish we could have seen him on a different day. He's likely pretty great, but we will never know.
The office in Fresno is a bit dingey/dated when we were there a couple months ago. The interior definitely needs a fresh coat of paint and updated flooring/cove base. Years of use and cleaning are showing badly. The furniture was clean and in decent condition but the surroundings were what contributed to the dingey feel.
The staff are... ok. The multiple times I've needed to call I've been placed on hold, on average no more than a few minutes. The staff always seem somewhat annoyed and overwhelmed maybe? They just don't have that, "We're happy to be here and happy to help you" vibe. It's as if they're just doing a job, the paperwork, the computer stuff with the human connection part lacking. Things like assisting patients with walkers or crutches with the door getting out of the procedure room hall and the door out of the office was not offered. 4 of them that day sat behind the desk either on the phone, on their computer or doing paperwork to even notice anything going on in the patient area right in front of them. It would have been good for the guy who patients see on their way out to jump up and offer that for their struggling patients.
If we ever have to go back here I hope they have addressed the things that are keeping us from going back now. Had Dr Smith still been there we would have returned. But the negatives outweigh the positives for us now that he's gone. We will seek other options before returning here.

I have seen Dr.Panah Nabili for the last 6 months. If you remember Dr Roy Kroeker Podiatrist, you can expect the same type of results from this young man.
