I have been going to Dr Aoki for over 20yrs. His services are excellent. I highly recommend him. As to those that think the front office staff is rude, I never felt that. Even if they didn't treat me like a special snowflake... I am there to get the Doctors services not theirs.

I was so excited to see Dr Aoki today because I’ve heard nothing but good things about his care. I work for a very busy orthopedic surgeon and we get referrals from Dr Aoki all of the time. I got there and had the worst experience with the girl at the front desk. RUDE and LAZY! I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my visit, because obviously I’m not the first one to say something about the rude office staff. I didn’t even see Dr Aoki I just cancelled. I work in a health care and know exactly how front desk should act. I understand COMPLETELY front desk can be exhausting and is a big responsibility, but you represent the MD. You are the first face the patient sees. I will be switching my primary care.

If I could give a negative in stars I would. Dr. Aoki does not follow up with patients. He will not listen you your concerns or consider the needs of his patients. It's unfortunate that people are still wasting their time with this guy. Learn to listen to your patients!

Dr Jeff Aoki is a very good doctor... unfortunately, his front office staff isn’t. Our entire family has been seen by Dr Aoki for over 20 years.... we have always had excellent insurance and thought of him in the highest regards...however we have changed providers now because of his rude staff. It’s sad that a front desk girl and ruin a 20 year relationship because of her attitude.

Dr Aoki has gotten so busy he cannot properly take care of his patients. He is always in a hurry. We have been his patients for a long time. It is disappointing to have seen him change for the worse. His office staff is so overworked and understaffed they make many mistakes. They do not call back if they say they will,they do not call with test results, and prior authorizations do not even get sent to your insurance. If you are looking for a caring doctor and a competent office look elsewhere.

Best doctor around. He's been my Dr for 25 years. I won't go to any other doctor.
