The procedures are ridiculous here I brought my 1 year old to the er & had my 3 year old as well because one we have no family here two it’s hard to find a babysitter at midnight anyways. So we all brought my son & after waiting for 4 hours was told I couldn’t go back with my son because my daughter is here. She’s a sibling to him it shouldn’t matter. Both parents should be able to be with a 1 year old regardless of the circumstances. & the nurse who I spoke to about this was not kind at all I’d rather her not even touch my son with the attitude she has.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My child fell at school and we thought he may have a broken nose. Turns out he did. Went here and sat in a room for 2.5 hours waiting on someone to come take an X-ray of my child’s face. I shouldn’t have to show my rear end to get medical “professionals” to do their job. Whoever the nurse practitioner was working on 09/18/2024 from 5:30-8:30 has a smart mouth and needs to be reevaluated. Y’all’s entire radiology department needs to be fired. There is NO communication. Do any of yall read a patients’ chart notes? Radiology didn’t even know my son’s name, age, what happened or the fact that he has autism (hints why he was a difficult patient and more fussy as usual per the comments made by the NP and radiologist). I will NEVER be back here and I will make sure everyone I come in contact with knows how horrible my experience was. I should have driven 2 hours to UAB. Maybe yall can take some lessons from them. EAMC is GARBAGE.

Team Cierra & Radiology Scheduling. Very sweet, professional, shows empathy! Love the fact she always say have a blessed day. Only giving 5 stars for her service when I called to make appointment. She most definitely deserve it..

We’ve been here a few times and our longest visit in and out of the doors was 4 hours. MUCH better than EAMC or Baptist East where it’s more often than not 8-14 hours. Staff is always kind and swift, always treating our children with kindness as well!

Took my mom here and the wait was not long. It wasn’t freezing in there. Great admission staff, the nurse we had was amazing. Everyone seems to like their job and that puts me at ease. Because when your employees are unhappy more mistakes and less bedside manners. I’m so happy Auburn finally have an ER. KEEP UP THE GOID WORK AND KEEP THE CARE TEAM HAPPY.

I usually travel an hour to this free standing clinic because of the care. However I really must say that Todd “Todd with a capital T” (how he smartly answered when I asked him his name) in triage is extremely rude. Asked me the symptoms and then cut me off half way through and just started talking over me. Told me he was “busy.” I’m sure not everyone is the same here but just because you’re busy doesn’t mean your bedside manner goes out the window. I am a health care professional as well. Tighten up Todd. I mean even the intern in the room was uncomfortable. Come on.

Joan in the ER has the WORST bedside manner i've ever seen ESPECIALLY with children. Everyone else has been wonderful but she shouldn't be in a profession where caring and public relations is a part of the job!
