I've been VERY impressed with both the level of medical care and the professional and personable people. Everyone always seems to be on top of things. I never have to wait more than just a few minutes. My Dr. (Silveria) always explains things completely and welcomes any questions I might have. I began my cancer care at UCSF and believe this facility is every bit as good. Highly recommended.

My partner went in for testing. When someone is being tested for cancer it is unnerving. The front staff were not welcoming and continued discussion of their weekend and how horrible their management is! They didnt show me where I was to hi after check in. I guess they usually walk new patients to the back. Not happy with this encounter.

Someone called and the scenario was discussed! Very awesome support.

Went back for follow up and this was much better visit!

Such a hopeful place.
Everyone is so kind and helpful.
My doctor has helped me stay alive since 2018. I'm thankful for him and his staff. They help me constantly.
Today was labs with Tony. She was so awesome! No pain. I didn't even feel the stick. I love her for that.
I highly recommend this awesome place.

My dad was seen here from June 2023 up until January 2024 he had terminal cancer at the beginning he had Dr. Carlen Yuen she was the best doctor we could have asked for she went above and beyond for my dad and our family, but then she had to leave and she referred us to Dr. Hinduja and he basically told us to just give up on my dad and let the cancer do its thing. We asked for a different doctor and we were referred to Dr. Omer Ilyas in the beginning he was ok but then my dad was getting worse and worse and he was so difficult to get ahold of. If we were lucky he would send a representative. My dad wasn’t his priority anymore, we felt so scared and even worse when his doctor wasn’t reachable we just do not recommend those two doctors if you or your loved ones have a terminal cancer they’ll toss you aside and recommend hospice from the beginning and we know hospice is all about just letting them die without pain so they wouldn’t do anything to stop the cancer from progressing.

I was greeted at the door and walked up to the second floor. This place is really nice. Like a fancy hotel.. Haven't really encountered any unpleasant people but they are everywhere in life. Overall the patient care was amazing!

A Family Member has been dealing with bladder cancer for several years now- The Dr’s Front Office is losing paperwork… Appointments are constantly being changed- When a call is made asking to be seen sooner because of pain and bleeding(it’s getting worse) - told to wait for original appt— 🤷‍♀️
