I absolutely love this location, I was instantly greeted when I walked in. The check in process was smooth, they are very talkative to the other patients, it felt very warm and welcoming. Once I went to the back my nurse was very kind and understanding they listen to me. I also got me a primary doctor that’s very compassionate. I also enjoyed that they are a “one stop shop” I got everything done ✅ in the same visit. When I was exiting, the manager waved to me and said have a wonderful day, and the front desk all said bye. I will be recommending to all my friend and family

Have gotten some of the best medical care from UHC. I don't understand why some people complain. I think they must have very little respect for the doctor to begin with. All my referrals have been approved, and procedures have been carried out timely. The only time I have had issue, was with a podiatrist on the Clovis community hospital grounds. I recommend UHC, including dental care to anyone open to accept.

Worst customer service ever! My wife booked an appointment over five weeks ago because we moved from WA to CA and she needed a new O.B. They scheduled an appointment and we show up on the day of the appointment and they said they can’t take her because she is too far along. Why didn’t the tell us five weeks ago when we called to schedule an appointment? Don’t bother with these incompetent people! They didn’t even apologize and now my wife is 37 weeks pregnant without an O.B. Don’t give them your business!

I absolutely love everything about United health centers! My kids have an amazing primary care Dr and my therapist has been more helpful in the past year than the last 4 years of trying to find someone. Thank you for being awesome!

My appointment today was with Dr. Do and she is hands down the BEST doctor I have ever been a patient of. She is absolutely excellent and it is a shame all doctors are not like her. I have only had horrible experiences with doctors, in general, and Dr. Do is the ONLY doctor out of all the other doctors I have seen, as a patient, in my life that has not made me feel horrible about myself during and after my visit. Every other doctor only made things worse for me, emotionally and mentally. I am so appreciative, also, that the staff here is friendly and with good manners (can't say the same about some of the UHC Customer Service Reps, but most are okay). Everyone who works at this location: PLEASE KEEP BEING AWESOME. Please continue to be kind. Thank you 💖

If I ever needed a solid case for medical negligence by delaying diagnosis this would be the place to get it.
Firstly, I was hurried out the door because the doctor claimed they needed to send their medical assistant on lunch. When I had xrays done and communicated that to the doctor. She failed to include those results in my request of authorization for a CT scan which caused a denial by my insurance.

Months of awaiting the worst coordination of information between insurance and outpatient sources where I had to call each place individually to send over the necessary xrays and ct results. Whereas I was awaiting a call with the results they literally called me to ask where I got my CT scan done when they were the ones that picked the outpatient location and faxed the order to!

For pain that sent me to the ER twice because I was getting the worst care from this center and only treatment I was given was recommendation of tylenol.

Lastly Four months later I still do not have a diagnosis nor medication from this center. The manager had to call me and seemingly be of service. Whereas anyone that operates a telephone through UHC is more than likely going to tell you something different every time or need you to coordinate your results and notes because they just waste days asking for information they should already have or be able to obtain themselves.

I had to bite the bullet and sign up for expensive insurance through my work because four months under UHC has gotten me no treatment or progress. My ER visits to community and Kaiser were more effective.

The only kudo goes to the male nurse at the facility.

The staff is great! Literally everyone from the front desk employees to the nurse and doctor Bazyani! We didn’t have a great experience prior to coming to this location, but we’re so happy to bring our baby girl here! Keep up the great work and thank you for being awesome!

I have been going to this clinic for a year and half and the best experience I have ever received. My doctor is Dr. Do. Is a great person, good listener and follow up. Excellent job !!!!!
