I’ve been going here for several years. The staff is very kind, it’s easy to make appointments and the NP I’ve been seeing since I was 12 has been able to help me with most of my medical issues. When I did see Dr, Lee Copeland for an urgent care visit 2 years ago he properly diagnosed my infection, which had been misdiagnosed at a different facility and he gave me the medication I needed to heal.

I usually go to Taylor PA, she is amazing! I love love love her. She gets 5 stars!

Unfortunately, one time I had to be seen by a Dr. Bong after an injury and an ED visit. He was kind, but that’s the only positive I can give him. Zero hands on assessment, I was rushed through my concerns and I had to ask for my PT referral, non was offered even though I told him my back and neck were in pain and injured. After all that, he had the audacity to solicite me to leave him a good review so “he can stay at the practice” and asked me “if I would do that for him” I almost barfed from how that sounded. He then went on a jealous rant about how Taylor is always busy and he is not?! Weird - I have never had a doctor solicite me for good reviews. I’m not sure if that is a new practice or Copeland? It’s off putting if so. Initially I left no review, but a good practice like this should know.
A 20 mins rushed visit and a soliciting- not sure if being a doctor is his calling?
I had the last appointment of the day and saw him leaving after me, at 1630, which made sense to me the rush.

Anyhow, I will always wait to see my PA and never go to Bong again.

First visit I had to wait an hour past the appointment time they had errors in my medical insurance. The follow up visit i was running behind, I called in and was told I have a 15 minute grace period. I arrived right at the 15 min mark and was turned away. Some how it is ok to make me wait 1 hr but not ok to be 15 min late. I can assure the doctor that my time is as valuable as his.
