A family member went in with body aches, runny nose, sore throat, lost of taste, aching back and pounding headaches. Dr. Mathew SantaCruz came in spoke for 5 minutes touched nose and said it’s a sinus infection and goodbye. Asked for a Covid test and if anything on the back pain and was told there was no need it was definitely just a sinus infection. Went to Pomona Emergency room and was told it was Covid. What’s the point of coming if “Highest level of care for our patients.” According to their website is 5 minutes of nothing.

There is no reason to go elsewhere (other urgent care, etc). The receptionist- friendly, great attitude. The nurse? Making jokes, friendly, great attitude. Dr? Also, friendly, patient etc etc. Seen very quickly, all questions well answered, more than once most of the time. Great employees? Yes, but for everyone I met to be in a great mood (not closing time, mind you!) and seemingly loving their jobs at all levels- this is a sign of a well managed business. Kudos to you La Verne Medical Group. My kids at home and the guys at work have a local place to be seen quickly that does not add to the stress of already needing medical attention.

Dr. Siddiq and Dr. Kahn are both very caring, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The medical assistant, Nicollette, is very friendly and helpful. Highly reccomend.

I had a great experience at La Verne Medical Urgent Care. They except most insurances which is great. Normally I go straight to the ER for health issues because I always looked at an urgent care to be like a regular doctors office. I have now made this place my #1 Urgent care. I had such a pleasant visit with Dr. Siddiq. He was very polite, answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed like most doctors offices. His staff was very respectful and made you feel comfortable. I recommended this urgent care to all my Family and Friends.

I had an amazing experience here! I felt so welcomed by the staff. They took my symptoms very seriously and listened to everything I had to say. I had been dealing with a different urgent care who misdiagnosed me and made my symptoms so much worse. Dr Siddiq properly diagnosed me and was able to get me on the right medication to help me recover. I’m so grateful for his expertise! I will always be coming here from now on!

Dr. Siddiq is very polite, works with you to see what options you have for your health issues. Always takes you to the best specialists for referrals. So far I like my doctor. As well as the nurse assistant xochilt. Very polite, always helps and understands the patients and their health needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Siddiq and la Verne medical group. I've Never been in the urgent care section, but I'm sure they are as professional as Dr. Siddiq and staff members. Thank you Xochilt and Dr. Siddiq!

I am new to the area and for almost a year Dr Mandilawi has been my Primary care physician and also my Endocrinologist, I trust his experience. I've recently gone through surgery and was introduced to Dr Sadiq who managed my recovery during my stay at the Pomona Valley hospital and again both in the office an at the Urgent care. Not to memtion the wonderful staff at the front desk, who maintain a kind sweet demeaner no matter how busy they are. Dr. Mandilawi is very professional, knowledge, & thorough. He truly cares about his patients & is very dedicated.
