I've been a patient at BenaCare for many years! I should have written this review years ago! The entire staff is amazing! My entire family has been seen by Dr. Benavidez and Daicy! They both have awesome bedside manners and genuinely care about your health! When my youngest was a baby, Dr. Benavidez did her well baby appointments! I can't say enough wonderful things about this medical center.

They’re ok when it comes to paying your co pay it seems like that’s what’s important for them but when it comes to attending your appointment they don’t have the service or attention to their patients. If I would have seen their reviews before calling them I would have never called.

Not a great experience. Hard to say if it's too many patients, too much paperwork, incompetence, the result of our god-awful insurance system, whatever. It took several requests for them to change my date of birth, which they entered as being 10 years older than I am. The one time I could actually see the Dr in the 2 years I was a patient, he goes "wow, you look great for 40!" Probably a fine primary care office if you have insurance that's convenient for them, but that wasn't the case for me.

Office staff tells you different things depending on who you talk to. Ashley just hung up on me after I asked to speak to someone else regarding a referral request.

I asked Dr Benavidez for a referral to a dermatologist for concerns I was having and he said no. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Why can’t I get care? I don’t understand.

Unorganized. I booked an appointment and couldn't get in until a month later, and they called and canceled it on me last minute and reschedule one of my appointments for another 2 weeks. So unprofessional. They want to charge me for some paperwork I need done and quoted me 30$ and when they call to canceled I asked about it to make sure that quote remain the same. They were going to quote be 60$ I was so upset at this point and correct the front desk of their quote and they finally said 30$ again. So unprofessional.

Find a different location!
Every time I call the office, it goes to automatic voicemail saying that the office is closed, even though I call during their normal business hours. Getting a hold of someone is extremely rare. The one time I manage to schedule an appointment, the front desk lady called me and said I had to reschedule because the doctor would not be there. I already had to wait 3 weeks for this appointment. I am changing to a different location and different doctor after this. This is ridiculous.

All of the staff is incredibly nice and caring. Not sure why they have poor reviews. In my experience they always are reassuring and hear every concern you have.

Place is a joke changed my Dr 3 times and they never answer the phone are put you on hold for an hour and then try to charge my insurance for a no show when I called two days before my appointment to cancel and got answering Machine don't go there they are rude
