I really like the William Jenkins Lifelong center in Richmond. It's new and clean and almost everyone there is really nice. Bianca, however, was nothing but attitude from the moment she she saw me until I finally asked her name. Immediately it was all "sweetie" this and "sweetie" that.

Dr Regosa is great. The folks at the counter are really helpful and nice. Everyone but Bianca.

You ask them for a legit doctors note for your job because your kid is sick but they put another kids name on it. Seriously need to go back to school and get retrained in Patient information

Today I went to the hospital to get my daughter’s reports lab for enrolling pre school. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. She even help me to register for my chart app.
I would recommend this hospital specially for pediatricians. Hats off to the team and dr. Lilian Mendez

Terrible service, just wasted couple hours of my day and went through a lot stress because the front desk lady misguided me to go to a different clinic. I can’t believe dumb people like that get hired to work and get paid for literally being stupid.

Horrible service!!! They tell you your appointment is at one time and they don’t attend you till 2 hours later. They also never have appointments available which is ridiculous.Everytime I’ve took my son has been with different doctors he’s only ever seen his primary doctor (Dr Prichardo) twice he’s never there or never has any appointments which is super annoying and ridiculous definitely don’t recommend bringing your kids here!!!

The Dental Dept was well run and efficient. Making an appointment was quick and easy. Service very good. Dr. Parker and her assistant Leslie were professional, and showed true empathy and expertise.
I will be returning for further care.
