I dont normally write a review But If I could give 10 stars I would. Lynne in the Optometry frame fitting department displayed perhaps the best customer service I have and possibly will ever receive. Down to helping me select frames to making sure that I didn't impulsively select the wrong pair. She even walked me outside to view how the different lenses look in the sun to ensure I would be satisfied with my choice in glasses. She's retiring in a month unfortunately, but good for her! She went above and beyond.

I was sitting in the waiting room while the eye doctor measured my grandmother’s eyes and the two front desk workers made fun of me while I was waiting. they were loud and disruptive and hurtful. I don’t recommend anyone come here. They acted like children when they were supposed to provide a safe environment for people in need.

If I could do no stars I would. They are lazy incompetent jerks who had my wife who has cancer and was picking up a friend get that friend's meds. It is not her job. I suggest going to Sutter they are much better
