So happy with our doctor. Her bedside manner was incredible, she listened to what we have been through and where we want to go, without pushing her agenda. It was so refreshing coming from the past doctors we have seen through our current provider. So grateful for the outside referral!

I had a bad experience at this dermatologist. I was referred here by my primary care physician. At my appointment, they did absolutely nothing to help me and I was in BAD pain with a giant cyst. They literally looked at me, took a picture of my cyst, and then told me it’ll take about 6 weeks for my insurance to approve any procedure. No empathy, the PA who saw me was constantly on her way out of the door and I had to keep stopping her to follow up with some questions. They gave me no time of day after I drove pretty far for this appointment. 2 days later I visited a different dermatologist and they drained my cyst no problem and scheduled my procedure. I would not waste my time with this place. The front desk ladies were not friendly or helpful either.

Way better than I was expecting! I was expecting a long wait time, and later for the doctor to look at the dark mark behind my ear, say it's fine (nothing to worry about), and send me home. Instead, they brought me in, examined, explained, and treated (froze with nitrogen) on my ear, froze a mark on my face that bothered me, and removed a hard mole with scar tissue on my arm to be sent out for biopsy, all within 20 minutes! I have a follow up appointment in March, and a check up in June. Wow! They are amazing! Very friendly, prompt, and professional!

Everyone was friendly and kind. I loved the way the skin problem was explained and that she was happy that I had nothing to worry about. The physician attending me let me know they were there for me if I needed to come again and to have a happy holiday. I left very happy.

This is specifically for PA St Jules. What a waste of appointments and money seeing her. She's always in a rush and always pushes topics to future appointments that when I come out of my appointments, I would ask what the point of seeing her was. She rarely looks at the problem areas and does not even follow up. I was told I would get a follow up phone call for an outside referral; it's been weeks and I'm still waiting. Not a fan of her.

Friendly greeting by reception, only waited 2 minutes in the lobby, once in the room the doctor came in just as quickly! The doctor took his time with me and answered all my questions! What else could I ask for!
