Mr. Gerald Angeles has been one of my husband's providers, for about 5 to 6 years, since 2018. He is a provider with broad medical knowledge and communicates well with his patients. He is very professional, very respectful, very compassionate, and maintains a great and personalized relationship with his patient. He also goes out of his way to be available over the phone, even after work hours, whenever needed. He does his regular and lengthy visits to his patient, taking time to discuss patient questions, detailed results of recent lab tests, analysis of blood pressure readings, visual tests on water retention, and medications needed for refill. He always collaborates with the doctor and the dialysis staff in an effort to deliver the best possible patient care. His excellent service and patient care is one reason why my husband is regarded as one of the most stable patients at the dialysis clinic. My husband and I thank Mr. Gerrald Angeles and wish him well with his future endeavors, as he has all the qualities of a top notch nurse practitioner and health care provider.

I first met Gerrald in 2018. Right away I could tell I was going to like him as he was calm, friendly and informative. I tend to have lots of questions now when it comes to my health care and if a provider can answer them and take their time with me, then that is who I stick with and this is definitely Gerrald. If I needed a refill or any medical papers signed, that he was able to complete, he would complete it in a timely manner. If anyone is looking for a wonderful person to assist you in your health care, then Gerrald is definitely him!
