I was referred to Jessica to help my father in law with additional Medicare insurance. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient explaining everything in detail so that we could make the best decisions for him. We did wind up choosing a plan she recommended and we are very happy with it!

I got a new job and due to my income my Medi-Cal was ending. So covered California came in and told me they could help me. I went to Good and associates to make sure everything was on the up and up and I was doing everything right. Well as it turns out, I couldn’t get covered, but my son could, they went through every option to figure out The best solution for my family and myself. Now everything is all taken care of I can afford the insurance I have they went above and beyond they did not treat me like I was stupid because I didn’t understand all the ins and outs of the insurance. They were completely understanding, took the time to explain to me in detail of how it was going to work. On the day of my appointment, there was an accident on the freeway as I was trying to get to them. I called and said I’m not gonna be able to make it by 5:00pm. They waited for me to get there. They stayed late on a Friday to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend you take your insurance needs to Good and associates. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
