Just want to give a big shout out to Legacy Hospice for their professionalism. Starting with the administrative phone. When I have strong concern or issues LeAnn who answers the phone immediately brings me to a calm state. She has been able to answer 95% of my concerns and questions. From the Social Worker Lisa who is extremely knowledgeable, to Christian the Chaplain, to Alexis who is over the top with knowledge and support. To Nicole who I have been able to talk to in the middle of the night. I've worked with multiple hospice companies over the years. I have to give Legacy the highest praise for care as much as they do. I would trust my own family with Legacy Hospice. I would be a missed if I forgot one of my favorite persons. Octavio the shower nurse. He is always on time and he does a great job.

When I made the phone call to start services, Rick made sure we had all supplies and a hospital bed ready to go before my father-in-law arrived from the hospital. The nurses took very good care of him.

A special thanks to Katie, RN who provided dignified post mortem care, the nurses who took our calls when we had questions or needed more medications, and to Rick who made sure we were we’re okay through our grieving process.

I can’t thank you enough Legacy Hospice for helping us let our father-in-law pass away with dignity.

I don't have adequate words to describe the amazing team at Legacy Hospice. From my first conversation with Rick I knew that Legacy was the perfect company to assist our family with the painful, uncertain last days of my husband's life. Jessica was our day into evening nurse and was so patient and understanding with our many questions and concerns. She took excellent care of my husband and put all of us at ease with her professional, compassionate care. We were very fortunate to have Chrystal as our evening to morning nurse. Because of her excellent care, I was able to get some sleep at night because I knew my husband would be cared for so well during the night. She is an absolute angel. Rick and his staff are amazing. It was a very difficult decision to put my grandma in hospice, but we are glad we chose Legacy. Rick and his staff made the process easy and very comforting. My grandmother was staying at a nursing home and we were told that this nursing home only work with certain hospice. Our family did not like the service from the old hospice company. It turns out that we can choose and change hospice anytime. That was when we found Legacy by family member's referral. The Legacy hospice was everything we had expected from a great hospice company. The Legacy staffs were friendly, they walk us through transferring process , and answers all our questions. Their nurses were caring and professional, and they had chaplain come out to provide spiritual care for the family. The Legacy even provided continuous care where nurses stayed 24 hours at the bedside of my grandmother to make sure she had peaceful and comfortable passing. I would high recommend Legacy to everyone.
