Customer severe rude some time no answer or 10 minutes hold

I had my first appointment with Dr John Michael Finley on 5/23/23 and he was rude as soon as he walked in, just a back story my appointment was for 10am. I was there by 9:30 and then waited 45 minutes in a room for him when I had gotten a phone call 5 minutes after he walks in (10:45) like he’s annoyed that I’m on the phone, I asked the person can I call them back after them hearing how he was talking. The whole 10 minutes of me seeing him the energy was off I even tried making jokes the man never smiled or laughed, all he did was ask questions no checking my ears, listen to my chest nothing. Just said ok I’ll see you in 3 weeks to do your exam, as soon as I got to the car I called my insurance and told them what happened and they changed my doctor

Happy with my few experiences
Been here 5 times for 5 different exams or to just get a referral to a speicalist . John is straight to the point which is what i want i a doctor. Doesnt mess around or waste my time . Been very happy with john as my doctor

This Doctors office is terrible, who is only open mon-fri 8:30-5 and has a two hour lunch.. and this is what's wrong with America, people are lazy and allow me to emphasis the LAZY, I'm a tax paying American and I work 50 hrs a week to put food on my families table but if I'm sick or hurt I have to make sure to call between the 4 hours you want to work. This is why are nation is full of obese, sheltered, and disrespectful children, and to make matters worst their parents are encouraging it because they want to be their child's friend.. I veered off but why doesn't your office actually learn how to work hard and maybe you'd earn some respect you sloths
