I will never ever come here again. First and last time. Don’t come here to the emergency room with an actual emergency. They do not prioritize patients, you know things like people (who are already delicate with terminal cancer) on blood thinners bleeding from a vein that was cut and shooting everywhere. Worst experience ever. They also took blood for an active bleeding injury BEFORE doing any urgent treatment to stop the bleeding. Tell me how that makes sense? This place needs to shut down. They’re going to kill someone. If they haven’t already. Please go ANYWHERE but here, I beg you.

Horrible experience at the ER here. The staff is friendly but the nurses and especially Dr. Sing were very dismissive about my concerns. Dr. Sing didn't seem to really care, it seemed like he didn't want to help at all and made me feel dumb about asking questions. Upon requesting certain tests to make sure I'm okay he denied them and ensured I was fine. Well here I am at a different hospital because I'm not fine and a different Dr was able to find what's wrong with me unlike Dr. Sing who didn't even want to listen to what I was saying. DONT COME HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME SEEING THIS DR. If I would have believed this Dr in thinking I was fine I would have been in critical care.

I will always walk into a situation with kindness but when I called the ER to try to receive an update regarding a family member, I was met with unprofessionalism & rudeness. I am very familiar with the ER setting & know that an update is not alway feasible right away( and that’s okay). I was on hold for close to 20 minutes & called back to just make sure my call wasn’t forgotten (b/c sometimes I forget about people on hold, I get it). And once again, I tried to be very kind to the ER secretary who very rudely informed me that if I’m familiar with the ER then I should know that the doctors & nurses can’t just walk away. Yes, I know. And proceeded to ask in a condescending & belittling way if I’d like to continue to hold. I understand having people that call that yell & scream at you & not allowing it because I too wouldn’t allow someone to talk to me that way. But when someone is calling & trying to be very understanding, you don’t need to be rude. Don’t be a secretary or answer phones if that is how you are going to approach your job, especially at a hospital when people are calling about family members that are obviously not having the best of days.

I was passing a kidney stone last night. And i begged your nurses and doctors for pain medication. After 5 hours and no pain medication. I decided to go back home and deal with my pain by myself. As an US ARMY veteran, i felt betrayed and helpless. I begged you for pain medicine while you continue documenting that my pain is 10/10 I will never forget what you did to me yesterday. 5 hours and no a single try to stop my pain. Around 2:30 am the place was empty yet you continue ignoring me once I was inside the room. I continued crying and vomiting asking for pain medications and you ignored me all night. We all humans, you all will have to experience the same.

The ICU was great but once they move them up to telemetry it was horrible. The rooms are run down, they don’t reposition every two hours, nurses are very chill and don’t give medication on time or change the patient often. I think they treat dogs better at the pound than they do here.
