I cannot recommend Malisha Patel enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and professional. From the moment I met her, she made me feel heard and understood. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during my visit. Unfortunately, I found myself waiting in the lobby for an extensive period without being seen. The long wait times and the apparent double/triple booking of patients significantly affected my time and comfort.
Additionally, there was no available seating due to the high volume of patients waiting. It was quite challenging to navigate the situation, and I felt that the value of patients' time was not adequately acknowledged. I will seek medical care elsewhere.

If I could do zero stars I would!!! Do NOT COME HERE made an appointment for 2:10 and wasn't even seen till after 4! Over two hours sitting in a room. No sense or urgency or care about other people's time. What's the point in having an appointment if I still have to wait hours to be seen.... never coming back.

Mathew Frydendall -PA-C really helped me a lot with my wrist fractures. He was very informative and helpful to me during my visit. He was very compassionate and kind. I’m grateful I get to come here for help. I had the pleasure of meeting Melissa at the front desk was very friendly and also Jazmin ,Katie ,Lupe medical assistants Who were very thorough & were empathetic towards my injury Also Michael the x-ray technician, who was very gentle doing my x-rays thank you again for a wonderful experience. Thank you for letting me feel like I matter as a patient. 🙏🙏

Malisha Patel is a phenomenal PA she goes above and beyond for her patients. She is kind and caring not just as a physican assistant. Also as a person she made me feel like, I was a friend of hers. She also is very knowledgeable and DR sang Le spoke highly of her to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Avoid arrowhead at all costs, shady, deceptive practices and will retaliate by delaying care if you come in person trying to get answers. Will be filing with cal medical board for negligence and delay of care.

I waited a month for my appointment they rescheduled it. When I did finally go no greeting and was asked do you need something in a angry manner. I went to wrong office first, the therapy room because they have big arrow on their door pointing towards other door. Rude girl in the front said I have to reschedule AGAIN? Worse customer service ever!!!!
