Updated: they won't come and adjust my wheelchair joystick and bring my extra black support since drop off they have been a pain in the butt!

I have been extremely impressed by the customer service at this company. My primary Dr hasn’t responded to requests for information for months. I’ve had regular contact from HFM about this issue and finally have a new primary care provider. I have had many interactions with their Customer Service team, some with the current case manager I’ve had, all have been very professional and productive. Now that I have finally obtained the prescription needed, I’m looking forward to getting the electric wheelchair that I so desperately need. I’m certain that it will be an easy process from now on out.

Denis delivered my wheelchair today and was very helpful in explaining all of the features and options it gives. Because I live in a smaller space, the flexibility of the zero point turning radius and swivel functions on my chair are a real blessing. Dennis is an excellent technician, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of assistance with these marvelous chairs.

Zach was amazing! Super knowledgeable professional, and kind. Worked around my patient’s schedule to make sure he arrived at the best time for them even though the company gave us a full work day window for the repair job. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and advocated for the parts my patient needed with insurance. He was able to teach the patient and I so much about the chair and took time to explain each part we had questions about and what additional accessibility options were available.
