My experience working with RCMG has been easy and stress free. Since the transition to their new portal in 2021, the staff is very communicative with any changes or updates. In the past 8 months or so I’ve been able to build a great contact with Jessica from provider relations. She is hands down the best contact I’ve ever worked with. Although all the staff from RCMG so accommodating she has been my main contact and is responsive! What a blessing she is to be able to reach out to.

River City Medical Group manages my health care plan through Health Net. They have always been extremely helpful. When my PCP cannot do their job I call River City directly and they take care of the issue or direct me in the right direction.
