Lisa Gertrude came to the waiting room and called for me with a friendly greeting and was on time or maybe a minute early. She listened carefully to my history which was basically about a cough I’d had for about 10 days. She told me she might need an X-ray so I was prepared if that was needed. She then listened to my breathing with her stethoscope. Upon finding my lungs to be clear we talked about how to treat my symptoms and she prescribed a pill to better suppress the cough. She also told me to use Flonase to reduce the post nasal drip. I’m not sure I’m using it correctly as it doesn’t seem to make much difference. But two days post-visit, I had a lot less congestion to cough up this morning and believe I’m on the mend. I would not hesitate to return for care from her or someone else at this office. I received exactly the kind of care I appreciate. As I’m from out of state and am visiting grand kids, I am very glad to have gotten into One Medical’s system in advance of this visit. I had signed up through their app a year ago and had never used their services until this incident. It went very smoothly. When I first asked for an appointment through their services app, the message I got was that I would hear from them within about four hours. I didn’t hear from anyone within the four hours so I called the closest office and they took care of the appointment from there. That delay might justify a quarter of a star less in this review, but the rounding would be from 4.75 to 5.0. Very pleased with their care!

As always, Dr. Patel is amazing! Don't know what I'd do without her. She's brilliant and proactive and great to talk with. She has definitely improved my health at 76! And I absolutely love virtual appointments with her. So easy to set up and do.

Fantastic patient care. My remote visit was a huge benefit because my schedule was so packed that I would have had to forgo getting medical support if I had needed to visit an office in person. My doctor Christine Brown is excellent as well.

I'm a huge fan of One Medical. I have been going there for about 8 years now. I've changed Primary Care Doctors a few times as I've moved jobs and they have all been great. I have also been seen by a number of physicians when I needed a quick appointment. Appointments are super easy to get using their app or website. I can do drop-in labs really easy. All the locations I've visited have been super tidy with friendly and competent staff.
