I had a very good experience at the Urgencare Clinic in Auburn. Dr. Ryan was very attentive to my needs and took the time to explain things in depth. His staff was also friendly and kind, and the office was very clean. Highly recommend!

This clinic is the best clinic you can go to. The staff is so wonderful and words can’t Even explain how much they make you feel like family. The front desk clerk Ms.Cappuccino had such a great personality on top of making the trip for my kids and I as pleasant and as quickly as can be. The doctors and nurses are so patient and sweet. It is super clean and smelled just like Lysol which is so reassuring when you are going somewhere where a lot of different sickness have been. I mean the hospital can’t even compare to how clean it was in there. The UrgenCare clinic is Definitely a 10/10 and I highly recommend.

This place was amazing! We had to bring our daughter in for an injury during her ballgame yesterday. From the check-in staff to the nurse to the provider, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The office was clean and comfortable, the process was quick and smooth. We didn't get the results we wanted, but they put us at ease during the process. Thank you ladies! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Personally one of the best Urgent Care type facilities i have been too. As a previous contractor, I have been to many across the states.
Cappuccino at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and patient with me and went the extra mile to verify my secondary insurance while I was being seen. Also saw her interact with an elderly lady as I was filling out my paperwork, and even after having to explain to the elderly multiple times, she was never frustrated at all.
I was seen by OLIVER, K (CRNP) and she was such a joy to deal with. She got right to the point, informative, and smiling the whole time.
I wish I got the names of the other staff who assisted, they were all fantastic. This place is a 10/10.

I went to this location after I broke my ankle at the gym one morning. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. The entire staff were amazing. After I got my X-rays, they put me in a room and within 5 minutes they had three staff members helping cast my foot. And a plus, when I went to see the ortho doc, he told me it was the best splint he’s ever seen from any urgent care! I will definitely continue to use this urgent care.

Terrible experience! I was told I would have to pay roughly $40 and my insurance would cover the rest. I was later sent a bill for $125! At the time of my visit, the office was new and had no equipment. I was also misdiagnosed and had to see a second doctor. I wasn't too thrilled to have been misdiagnosed, but would have overlooked that for $40. However, $125 for nothing really has me worked up! I wouldn't suggest anyone go here unless you're rich enough that you consider $125 to be pocket change. For normal people that's absurd. I only saw this nurse practitioner because I was told my insurance would cover all but $40... realistically my insurance covered $40 and I had to pay the rest. Going to see a real doctor is only $43, so save your money and skip the nurse practitioner all together. You'll get a better diagnosis with your personal doc than you will here, and you won't get a surprise bill that is $85 more than you were quoted by the receptionist. Worst decision ever! If you want to refund my $125 and make this right, I'll remove this bad review. You got at least $40 from my insurance and $125 from me. I saw the nurse for all of 3 minutes. I'm livid about this and would sincerely appreciate this company make this right. I've given them numerous opportunities to correct this but they insist I pay the bill...so I did. Enjoy your $165 for the 3 minute misdiagnosis. Contact me when you want to correct this. Account number 43670. -A.B.

2024 visit. This urgent care clinic continues to earn a five star rating from me. I had to visit them again and again had an excellent experience. The front desk staff, nurses, provider were excellent. 2023 visit: Im new to the area. I have a medical background myself having worked in an urgent care clinic for four years. Their front desk staff, nurses, and doctor were polite, communicated well, efficient, and gave excellent medical care I would return.
