From the time we arrived until we left we were treated with professionalism and made to feel welcome. Dr. Dean was attentive listening to our concerns. Dr. Dean seemed to be very knowledgeable and concerned about all the problems we talked about. He spent as much time as we needed to talk over all our and his medical medical concerns. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a new doctor.

The problem I have is getting doctor appointments. Sometimes I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for an appointment even if it’s just to get a referral. I also have trouble getting my prescriptions renewed by my doctor’s office after they expire. The request made by my pharmacy is always ignored and I have to call in and remind somebody to have my doctor renew a prescription that I’ve been taking for 20 years. Other than that, I have the best PC, Chiropractor, nurses, and office staff in the world.

They can’t seem to keep doctors. The doctor that I’ve currently been reassigned to yelled at me three times. It was the first time I’ve ever seen them. Very condescending and abusive. He yelled at me you don’t understand and put his hands on his knees. Oh, you didn’t let me explain it in a different way. Very intense. I dread having going back to the doctor. Unfortunately there’s such a limited healthcare in Lake County. That I am tolerating it for now.

If you really don’t have any money this is the place to go. The staff is wonderful, however I feel their dentistry is back seat. They don’t give pain meds for even the most painful procedures and they are very brief and I feel they take shortcuts in their care.

Dr. Iaccino is an excellent provider for chiropractic care. From reception, the rooming process to the end of the appointment, the experience is easy and comfortable. His medical assistant, Demsey, sets the tone for the visit, helping me settle in well before the appointment with dr. Iaccino begins. Dr. Iaccino is knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have in an easy to understand way. I feel more educated on my condition by the end of the appointment, allowing me to feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to my chronic neck pain.

The Chriopractor is the best, he has really helped me throughout highschool, and helped me especially get more mobility and also gets rid of my lower back pain. I recommend his work very highly.
