The after hours phone service for detox is a joke. I already called twice tonight, and the woman said a case worker would call me within 30 minutes. It's not like I suffer from severe clinical depression and extreme anxiety on top of drinking....oh wait, I do. I don't care for this place at all. Do not go here!

I am so thankful for this clinic. Sometimes there is a wait but it's because they spend time with their patients. Don't schedule during busiest hours. They have appointments to accommodate all schedules and they accept insurance which is the only way I would ever be able to afford. I walked in with guilt and shame and JOY made things so comfortable for me and has always been so kind and real. The doctors are well educated and have empathy for the battle of addiction. Recommend !

WORST PLACE EVER. KEVIN IS A NARCISSISTIC HOMOPHOBE -- TRULY JUST AN ARROGANT JERK. THEY OVERCHARGED ME NUMEROUS TIMES (i have BCBS insurance), THEY WILL NOT CALL OR EMAIL ME BACK PERTAINING TO THIS ISSUE. I WAS SEEING THE COUNSELOR THERE FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS AND WAS GIVEN NO NOTICE THAT MY COUNSELOR WOULD NO LONGER BE WORKING THERE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. WHILE TAKING MY DRUG SCREENS, (WITH THE DOOR OPEN) EMPLOYEES ARE WALKING BACK AND FORTH INFRONT OF THE BATHROOM. THIS PLACE OWES ME SO MUCH MONEY BUT WILL NOT RESPOND TO ME. I WOULD NOT EVER GO BACK. ---GO SEE DR. ISLAM INSTEAD.
