I highly recommend this clinic.
I have very bad anxiety about visiting medical institutions and or hospitals,
But I was surprised at the amount of professionalism and courtesy that I received there.
Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and patient.
And was not bothered by my reluctancy to be there.
I felt comfortable and well cared for.
The facility is very busy so I highly recommend that you make an appointment before going there.
Simply to make it easy for yourself.
Because they will try to help anybody as quickly as possible and there are walk-ins all the time.
So making an appointment will make the experience easier for yourself and for them.

In closing thank you Adventist health.
You have made me regain trust in medical institutions in lake county and especially in clear lake.

Dr Call is awesome 😎 She truly shows God's love and she's struggling herself with health issues and I don't have words to tell her how much I love and respect her. She goes above and beyond her duties but she shows her love through medication and in a professional manner and she has a knucklehead like me for a client. She obviously has read 1st Corinthians 13 what I call the love chapter because with me she shows that love is kind, patient,it does not boast love never fails. I at times forget about love but Dr Cal never forgets to be kind and on our last Dr visit she said she was proud of what God is doing in my life. It doesn't get any better than having a strong woman of God for a medical provider. Thanks and God bless her GB.

From the time I walked in I felt comfortable. The place was clean, people were kind, and listened to my thoughts and opinions. Even the charge nurse came in to help because my nurse went on break. Everything went smooth even X-ray personnel were wonderful.

They had quite a few patients coming and going when I got there at 2:00 p.m. they promptly got me registered and there were nine people in front of me. I was out of the office by 5:00 p.m. so that's 3 hours, 180 minutes divided by 9 equals 20 minutes a person really not that bad but the 3-hour wait for me was excruciating. I did get seen by a physician I did get antibiotics and steroids to help with my sinus infection I did not get feedback on exactly what the diagnosis was but I assume that's what it was I didn't get any information about a printout or anything at all so I really don't know what they treated before but I got treated and I still don't feel very well and I feel like I need another round of antibiotics and now I'm waiting again to hear from my primary care physician if they will refill another course of antibiotics or if I have to go through this again. I really can't critique the staff or anyone because I don't know what their jobs are and I don't know what kind of things have happened to them during the day but they did not seem very happy and cheerful. Overall it was not a very pleasant experience but I did get what I came for. I would say rapid Care is an oxymoron as far as the name goes. And deciding to put a 65 and a half year old woman with a raging bacterial infection into a room with others with whatever viruses or strep throat or or the flu or whatever who knows for 3 hours is not really wise. I feel that the bottom line is more important than your patients these days and that does make me sad because I don't believe it was that way when I first came to this county 13 years ago.

It has been a difficult start for me. I have now been without a primary care provider for nearly a year. They worked hard to get me an appointment with one but that appointment was canceled and another made for another 3 weeks out. I am again out of medication for my thyroid and pain. They were able to get my heart medication. I am getting very discouraged.

I had damage to my rotator cuff that need repair. The doctor I got to work with did a great job. They also took very good care of me with the anesthesia and the aftercare. I’m really impressed.

I was very disappointed in their ability to track their appointments with tele health. TWICE now I have shown up to an appointment (for which I was contacted multiple times the week before by them to confirm I would be attending) only to find when there that my nurse practitioner has taken the day off. I do not blame a person on taking a day off. I blame a broken system that cannot seem to be fixed. In the health care industry I would expect better. I know it is not just me, as the gentleman before me had a scheduling issue as well (he was very loud and vocal about it).

The only specialist available for me iisthere one day every other month, so I have been put off for six months now. Even with issues and having to go to the emergency room, I cannot seem to get service.

The service used to be great, and most of the poeple are wonderful...but even the best service is useless if it is not available to me.

It was amazing actually except the wait because there was only 1 Dr., staff was very nice and they know what their doing actually! You can feel that they actually care exspecially how busy they were! I would have Givin them 5 stars, but that wait time, only if they had more than one Doc.
