The person who helped me get my tens unit was very pleasant and I would deal with her again, But the mother Company is almost useless.
I have a TENS unit, I receive most of medical pads for my tens unit in the mail. This last Envelope was empty so I notified the company via e-mail and the response letter is someone will get a hold of you within 1 business day.
That 17 days ago, Never heard from anyone.

I emailed this company and received a reply saying they would contact me in 1 business day... that was 10 days ago. The reason that I sent the email is because they were absolutely useless when I called them. I need new leads for my TENS unit but they just keep sending me electrodes. Ridiculous!
