Kingdom Medical Supply is an absolute dream to work with in San Francisco. We were travelling and forgot to bring a part on my mother's wheelchair. Kingdom was the only place that we found open on Saturday that actually answered the phone and wasn't price gouging. The nice lady on the phone told us to bring in the wheelchair to make sure the part fit that they had. We took a chance a went by there and it did fit. The owners were so nice and personable. We chatted for a while and I would absolutely hands down recommend this medical supply business. They are open on Saturdays and you can call 24 hours a day and they will help you out. Kingdom Medical saved our vacation.

On a recent Saturday, I found myself in a situation where I urgently needed to get one of those collapsible commode things for my elderly mother-in-law in SF. Amazon had a million but none could be delivered in under a week. Kingdom Medical Supply was the first place I found that was open on a Saturday, everybody else is M-F only. I called about noon and the woman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable, knew her stock, and was very helpful in talking me through what I needed. She asked if I was going to pick it up and since I was calling from the North Bay I asked if it could be delivered and she said it was no problem. A very small delivery fee and BAM! Done! By 6 p.m. on Saturday, it had been delivered! Kingdom gets five stars for excellent service on the phone, being able to deliver at a reasonable cost, AND being open on a Saturday. I'd definitely recommend.
