I was incredibly impressed and happy with the care I received with my surgery at Kaiser. I felt extremely safe and comfortable thanks to the kindness and professionalism of every nurse, staff member, and doctor I encountered, especially my wonderful and professional Dr.
Michael Gentile and his entire team in the operating room.
I couldn't ask for better care and attention, and I sincerely hope that other medical professionals in different facilities uphold the same standards. The kindness and compassion shown to me, along with the cleanliness of the facility, deserve a perfect 10 out of 10.
I truly wish for each and every individual I interacted with yesterday to receive as much love, respect, and support in their lives and professional journey as they gave to me.

In general, it was so nice how pleasant the staff is in communication and attentive to details. Pleasant interior, fast service and convenient to get test results in the app. I can't say good reviews about the emergency near by, we had to wait in line for a very long time when feeling sooo bad, but the service was generally good afterwards, but this is a different location.

SF Kaiser podiatry is the best. Unfortunately, I had very bad experience with Vacaville and Vallejo, which cost me a little over three years of living. Found my first angel, Dr. Schubert in San Francisco, which gave me new life and now Dr. Colman Fixed some issues that I had. So he is my definitely second angel. I cannot say enough good about SF facilities, including their hospital.. All of the staff in both facilities are wonderful. Definitely worth the drive. their knowledge, confidence, and the comfort they give to their patients. I cannot praise them enough thank you for your dedication to your patients.

Dr. Sakamoto is wonderful! He is very knowledgable, patient and thorough. He listens intently and offers very meaningful advice. Although I was initially reluctant to begin a new medication, he took the time to help me to understand his reasons for the recommendation and the potential benefit. I feel grateful to have him as my physician!

My entire experience at Kaiser was perfect from beginning to end. Booking an appointment with my PCP was easy. Getting info from and providing info online to both my Care Team and Care Support was easy and swift. Most importantly, however, when I got to my appointment, my doctor was extremely knowledgable, friendly, trustworthy, comforting, and professional, and helpful with answering every single one of my questions and concerns. Exact same positive experience with the health practitioners and nurse practitioner in-person and on call. I even got my labs done directly afterwards and I don't know if I got lucky but, from start to finish, it took the same amount of time as getting a cup of coffee. I hope my health is good enough that I won't need to come back soon (unless for routine check-ups) but... I'm kinda looking forward to the next time!

I sent this message to my doctor. I've been suffering with chronic pain in my neck and low back due to a work related injury since 1/2012 and this procedure is radio frequently ablation AMAZING!

Hi Dr. Cherry,
I wanted to give you a quick update on how I'm feeling after the radio frequently ablation from 1/29/2025. I'm feeling GREAT!!! I was able to wash dishes in one swoop without taking multiple breaks for the first time in a very long time. I was able to take a walk and my back didn't feel like it was "killing" me. I've been able to sleep well, getting some REM and deep sleep per my fitness watch. So, THANK YOU!!? I know this isn't permanent so I'm not over doing it, but it's nice to live and have some peace from chronic pain.

Doctors were great. Scheduling the appointment was cumbersome. The intake process was mediocre. Lots of waiting around. Staff seemed disorganized. I'm being bombarded with calls and texts from Kaiser.

We tried One Medical for a few years and they were just as crappy.We just returned to Kaiser after about 3 years. Nothing has improved. With that said Kaiser is still the best of the worst. I'm forced to recommend Kaiser only because they're the least terrible.

My mother at her elderly age was stayed overnight at the ER for her RSV. At her follow up with Dr. Poon a week later, With Dr. Poon's professional and thoughtful advises has calmed my mother's anxiety and worries greatly. She is now able to start her recovery more smoothly. We are thankful to have Dr. Poon, a professional doctor, who is really care about his patient physically and psychologically.
