They were fast an thorough. The nurse was funny and informative. The receptionist was also interesting, great singing voice. The place was very clean. I would recommend this place over all the other "doc in a boxes", lord knows there are alot of them. Over all I would give them 10 out of 10 stars.

The receptionist was kind and very helpful, the NP was also great as well. The only reason I am giving a one star review is for the nurse/MA who triaged me to the back. She stepped out to call one of the four of us back but did not say a word, after a minute or so she finally yelled my name. I was sitting right in front of the door. She continued to mumble during the entire time she asked questions. I have never met someone so rude in healthcare and I’m a nurse myself. Had I not payed my copay up front already, I would have walked out. All I needed was help with allergies and I left that office beyond pissed off to start my day as a hospice nurse. If you don’t like the public, then just don’t work with them. It’s that simple.

I test Ed positive for Covid at home using one of the government (unreliable) tests. Needed an official confirmation from the doctor. Check in process was modern using kiosk. Was seen as soon as I completed registration. Convenient, fast, and friendly services. We will be going back when the need arises

Fast pace health really is true to their name! My primary care couldn’t see me so I registered online for an appointment with fast pace and 15 minutes later I was at the office being seen! Somehow in my quick appointment though they were able to really address my concerns and hear what I needed to say. I was concerned I had strep but I wasn’t sure. They were able to rule out the major/common illnesses and then talk to me about what could be going on. While I was there they made it a point to ask if there was anything else I wanted to ask about or address. They were so kind, friendly, everyone I came in contact with had a smile on their face and seemed genuinely happy to help serve our community. I will definitely be back!

Worst experience ever! The nurse did nothing but look at the ground, mumble, complain and was very rude. The nurse practitioner was friendly, but didn’t listen, was more concerned about things other than what I came in for and refused to give me reasonable treatment. I wouldn’t go back there.

Took care of me quickly and fixed my fractured/dislocated toe. Got right in with minimal waiting. All personal was friendly and professional.
