Horrible doctor. Dr. Opoku. I kept saying my forearm and wrist were what concerned me and I got scheduled for an MRI for my elbow. This is also all in writing with my work comp insurance agent, that my elbow was not of concern to me. When I called to readjust my referral, they assured me that it's been fixed. I made an MRI appointment, only to go in and be told it's still for the elbow again. I called the doctor, got told it's what I asked for. I literally have it in writing that I wanted my forearm and wrist, at no time was my elbow a concern that I wanted to pursue with an MRI. Please avoid, very argumentative doctor.

Both receptionist here need to retire or get promoted to sorting patients files. They look at people coming in as an inconvenience, it's astounding. What i noticed on 1 1/2 hour wait that if you speak spanish you'll get treated like a normal person and things move quickly.

Even though my husbands experience here is great, we enjoy the valet parking when coming to his physical therapy sessions, I do have one bad thing to say about this location and not just this building lol We are here for his Physical Therapy and the only time we sit uncomfortably all week is when we come and sit in their lobby 🤣. The most uncomfortable chairs/sofas ever. It’s ironic on why we come here! Anyways , absolutely love the gals at the check in , and the gentleman who helps my husband is amazing too! They just need to get rid of the awful furniture that their patients have to sit on while waiting. No back support and most awkward positions that we are forced to sit in while awaiting help for our physical conditions 🥰 This goes for all waiting rooms of Kaiser . Let’s do a better job on at least keeping those awaiting in pain , more comfortable lol

I needed to set-up an appointment for an employee who had suffered a serious head injury. After being received by the initial operator I was transferred to speak with a nurse. I then waited for nearly an hour on hold before hanging up and attempting to go through the system again. The second time I got a different operator and after explaining what had happened to her, she transferred me through to the same waiting line. I waited another fifteen minutes before giving up entirely. This process was entirely unacceptable to me as I attempted to assist an injured person. Kaiser needs to do better, this is a disgrace!

Awful service. I asked for instructions on how to find the clinic and they said it's easy, you'll see it. Not true - 601 is a huge complex and you have the find the elevator in the back and go to level "M" to find floor 2 for suite 2008. Very intuitive...

Receptionist is so rude. I just left there and she obviously hates her job. She needs to be back office if she can’t be polite to strangers.
