Service Providers violated my confidentiality and accessed invalid MediCal info.
They then forced me to sign forms that would have lose my MediCal and access to 3 upcoming surgeries. The staff knows i am terminally ill and that seeking counseling could help alleviate the struggles i am facing as MediCal refuses cover the care fully. Both Mike and Penny went out of their way to have sign something thats not eligible and it became that they were aware of the extensive county programs that allow ppl to maintain their MediCal coverage and still accessing local care.
I drove 900 miles again for the 2nd time and this office does it again. There is not much adequate Transgender mental health care beyond the Bay, this office is specialist. And they're absolutely turned cold, Mike you shpuld be ashamed for sending me out w.o. a completed intake. You just made a bunch of finances that you didn't alliw me to self-pay more important than my life. Yes, i would start over again for 2 yrs to get the same surgeries even considered. Selfish isn't the word, inhumane. Hiding behind MediCal regulations but not knowing full alternatives. I clearly had explained the situation to the intake person, so that they're then overriding my ability to avcess care, you have no intentions to helo me stay alive longer. You have trans ppl coming from all over the country with the same situation, if you turn them away or force them to lose their MediCal you've missed SF points of bridging the gap, and you didn't know what work Mitch Katz has done abt this. May you all rot in hell while you knowingly send ne out to die in a car.
