Actual in person experience was great. Staff was nice and prompt. Scheduling was an absolute nightmare. The person I spoke with was trying to send me to an office 30 min away when there were 3 in the city. She asks for my address consecutive times. She told me to arrive at 5:30am only to find out I could arrive at 6am at the earliest. I provided verbal feedback and she ignored everything I said.

The woman at the counter was very nice and professional but the tech that did the MRI had a problem. He seemed upset about something and he was angry. He had no compassion and no patience. He began by talking to me with his back turned and I couldn’t hear him so I asked him what he was saying. He spun around and glared at me then he gave me instructions. I did as he said and i got in the machine it was very uncomfortable both literally and figuratively. I wondered why it was so easy to get a next day appointment. Now I know…

Well, I visited this establishment on 10/12/2024 of this year. And the service is very rude, the people who attend the reception do not have the ability to provide excellent customer service. I think they should take classes and prepare before being in front of a client and to attend to the people who make an appointment with them in the best possible way and understand that providing customer service is a talent and a virtue that not everyone possesses. I will give you just one star ⭐️👎🏼 poor customer service. And as a review the place was a little dirty and smelled a little bad and I noticed that there were people who work there eating in the hallways, I wonder if the establishment does not have adequate space for the people who work there to be able to eat their food in a specific area and be able to eat with pleasure and calmly. 🤓

Thank goodness SimonMed assisted in getting the insurance information for me. That was the reason I decided to use them even though I work at a hospital…. Front desk lady was very pleasant. Would have been nice if the tech greet me with a smile but he was proficient with his work and he did show care for his patients. I would use this facility again.

It was okay; I was just a little disappointed by the loud intern viewing of the reception watching the basketball game. I was hoping for a quieter environment. It can be a nervous experience getting an MRI, but I did not feel it was my place to tell the receptionist to possibly put the patient’s needs and considerations of being in the medical office first. To her credit, she seemed a kind person.

Fast service, terrible billing. Twice ive had billing issues here. Once, I paid my coinsurance in cash, and they still came after me for it because I had no proof, so I had to pay twice. The second time, they said I owed them because I hadn't met my insurance deductible. But x-rays are not subject to deductible under my plan. So now I have to chase the money. I don't know if its unscrupulous or just stupidity, but I'll stick with radnet, who I've never had an issue with.

Update: no one ever contacted me as the comment below suggested. AND, they also billed and recieved payment from my insurance. So yea, incompetent at best, and very sketchy at worst.

Further Update: Still chasing my refund. They are just sitting on my payment, as well as the insurance payment, claiming they are waiting on the EOB to verify reimbursement. I got the EOB a month ago and sent it to them. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A DIME!

Called to schedule an NT Scan. The rep ended the call while in mid discussion before getting to a solution. I was then pushed to an automated system asking me how likely I would be to hire the person I interacted with. Scale of 1-9, 9 being the best. They definitely got a 1. Worthless staff that is unhelpful

This place sends you on so many scavenger hunts for basic things like copies of medical bills or copies of images that they took. Medical bills have to come from a different place and you have to call a phone number and they can't really give you any more information about that. Medical images also have to come from a different place which means you have to travel somewhere else to go pick up physical copies of the images they took. They did not even bother to run my insurance, they just charged me the full price out of pocket and told me that's with insurance even though they are in network and I should only be paying 10%. People are in here afraid about things wrong with their bodies and they're being treated like they're at the DMV.

And that is just this time. The last time I needed to rely on these people for when I had a broken arm, they wouldn't return the phone call for 2 weeks. I'm sitting there with a broken arm and I can't even find out the extent of the damage because they refused to answer the phone and did not send the doctor like they said they would.

Total corporate waste and mismanagement going on here.

That said, the technicians were lovely as they always are.
