Poor customer service one woman was rude over the phone with me and I wasn't even rude with them Im always polite to people been getting my diabetes supplies years told me don't call us we call you half the time y'all don't call back I'm not being rude but y'all going to loose a lot customers if y'all don't shape up

My dad has been a customer of this place for almost 28 years because he has Crohn’s Disease and needs colostomy supplies. Well he need something on a Saturday, so we called about getting something for his colostomy bag. We were told colostomy supplies doesn’t fall under an emergency and that he’d have to wait until Monday. Well… if you know anything about wearing a colostomy bag, you can’t just “wait until Monday” to get what you need. This place lost a loyal customer, and I hope whoever is reading this chooses to take their business elsewhere.

They are prejudice/biases. I had an order faxed via my doctor. I kept calling checking on my order I was given the run around. Finally spoke to Keith about my order he was so unprofessional. I went got my order back. Wellness Center said that they never received my order from JCM. I will never do business with them again. It's only because they are the only suppliers in this area but I will go to Meridian first.
