I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent visit to your office for my annual insurance check-up. As I have done every year, I came in for my appointment expecting a smooth and routine experience. However, to my surprise, I received a bill from Labfirst charging me a total of $544, which was completely unexpected.

Confused by this charge, I immediately contacted Labfirst to inquire about the reason behind such a high amount. Shockingly, they informed me that the tests ordered by you were coded incorrectly. Naturally, I decided to speak with you directly to seek clarification and resolution for this issue.

Unfortunately, your response was far from satisfactory. You insisted that there was no error on your part, leaving me perplexed and frustrated. I couldn't help but question how a medical professional with years of experience could be so inefficient in your practice, ordering tests without prior notice or consultation with the patient about any additional costs involved.

I must say, this experience has greatly shaken my trust in your clinic. The quality of service provided by your staff has proven to be highly inefficient, and the lack of attention and resolution for a longstanding patient like myself is truly disheartening. I cannot recommend your clinic to others based on the subpar level of service and the failure to address and resolve this issue. It is truly disappointing.

I hope that you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve the efficiency and quality of your practice. Patients rely on healthcare providers to prioritize their well-being and trust that they will receive accurate and appropriate care. Unfortunately, my recent experience has failed to meet those expectations.

Not one to typically go to the doctor but felt I had reached the age of needing a checkup/physical and wanted to go ahead and establish a relationship with a doctor in case something ever came up. I could not be happier with the choice to come to Grandview Chelsea. Dr Lamberson has taken the time with me to discuss lab work and make sure I truly understand the info, not just talking over my head in a "I'm smarter than you" way. He is thorough in advice that he gives. And Barry and the rest of the staff there are always kind, funny, extremely responsive and make you feel like you are their most important patient. So glad to have gone with this group!

Loved my experience with this office! Very professional and friendly! Dr Lamberson is very nice and gave great advice and really took the time out to sit and speak with me. My nurse Barry was amazing!! Took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! Really enjoyed my visit!

I’m a new patient of Dr. Clifford and couldn’t be more pleased. The staff was friendly and Dr. Clifford could not be more helpful or knowledgeable. He took time the night before my visit to review my case history and asked a lot of great questions to get to know me and my medical history. He took plenty of time to be sure he knew how best to advise me for my continual health advancement and challenges. I highly recommend him to others and have encouraged my wife to consider him to be her primary physician.

0/10 would not recommend. First, the doctor was condescending during my appointment and told me I didn't have have an issue. However, I had visible swelling, redness, and expressed I was in pain. He reluctantly agreed to examine me and then misdiagnosed my issue. I ended up making an emergency appointment with another doctor who discovered I had an terrible staff infection! It took 2 months to get rid of with multiple rounds of antibiotics. Any doctor who is going to tell you there's no problem before he even looks at you will likely not give you the proper care you deserve as a paying patient. Please save your time and money.

Dr. Randolph Lamberson was awesome. Took a tremendous amount of personal time talking to me, educating me on numerous topics and open to answering all my questions. Took a very holistic approach in discussing so many areas of my life and ways to work on improving my overall health outside of just taking a pill. Front desk staff was very friendly as well. I was overall very impressed with my first patient experience.

I have a 4 year old. She was sick. I’m new in town with no dr yet. I had never been there before and they welcomed a walk in no problem. Being a scared mom after visiting 2 other offices and having awful experiences it was great to finally find a doctor! I went at lunch time so it was a little bit of a wait but besides that; everything else was good: the facility was clean, they were nice, knowledgeable, answered my questions. Gave me peace of mind and no judgment! Thank you ?

Another case of the staff giving the practice a bad review. I called asking if there was an appointment in general today or tomorrow, and after several minutes of giving them a lot of my info, I repeated I just wanted to see if there was an appointment today or tomorrow, the staff said "You said you wanted to see Dr. Jarzombeck" which I had not said, then staff claimed the computer would not allow her to access the correct page.
