Horrible provider turnover - I have had 4 different PCPs in less than 1 year using Circle Medical. Circle called my every day for 2 weeks asking me to take a survey, but when I asked for a call to discuss the discontinuity in care, no one at support would call and they just send inane messages through the support app.

I have had appointments cancelled on the provider side with no explanation and no one will reach our to proactively assist me with rescheduling. But of course they want to charge you $50 if you miss an appointment, no matter the explanation

I should have read the reviews before using this place. The only way to interface with them is an unreliable app. When you get a message from the doctor there is no way to respond. I had issues logging in to attend my appointment so they cancelled the appt and promptly charged my credit card $50 for a no show fee. I sent many messages to their “patient care advocates” and didn’t get a response until the next day.

I stick with a local doctor that isn’t so complicated and I don’t have to go back monthly for a prescription. They do quarterly appointments.

I recently had an appointment with Dr.Fuller and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Dr. Fuller took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciated their compassionate approach and the way he explained my treatment options in detail. The office was clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Dr.Fuller to anyone seeking attentive and knowledgeable care.

Have been using this clinic for PCP needs for over a year and no complaints! The providers are quick but thorough, and they have always treated me with dignity and care. I primarily do telehealth but when I do need to be seen in person, the SF location is beautiful, clean and professional.

If I could give negative stars I would. Their intake process is a scam. They could easily require that in order to treat, medical records must be received prior to the first appointment, but I was billed for a dr visit when the dr just listened to my history and hyperfocused on items that were not part of the exam requested. Their customer support is of no support. This company is a complete waste of money, time and energy.

I scheduled a virtual appointment to talk about my possible sleep apnea and had a lot of hope for a great appointment.
However, the provider was 30 minutes late for the virtual appointment, which is frustrating because they threaten a fine if the patient is late, but can't follow their own rules. We ended up having to hang up after about 20 minutes because they were so late and they had another appointment to go to. So I had to wait another 45 minutes for the provider to call me back. An appointment that I scheduled for 530, didn't actually end until close to 8.

I also felt like the provider wasn't listening. I had to repeat each answer at least twice which is super frustrating. And I felt that they were asking questions that weren't relevant to what I wanted to talk about. We didn't talk about sleeping issues until the last 10 minutes during which the provider told me this company wouldn't be a good fit for me. I appreciate the honesty, but I wasted my whole evening talking for nothing.

I booked Circle Medical through Zoc Doc because I needed to be seen day of. There was nowhere to add my insurance on the website. When I expressed my concern the physician told me it was no problem. They then charged my credit card the full amount without going through my insurance. Getting this refund has been a pain. The care I received was also subpar. It felt like I was being sold to use their service in the future rather than seen by a doctor. Not impressed.

The office was easy to find, the staff at the front desk was friendly and greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in, the office itself is beautiful and clean, and I waited for no more than 2 minutes for my provider to call me back. I saw Adam Fuller, NP who was absolutely wonderful. Overall a 10/10 experience here, I have no complaints.
