I had an absolutely fantastic experience at San Francisco City Clinic. I arrived as a walk-in right when they opened for STD testing and treatment, and I was immediately registered and seen by a doctor, Ina. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and patient-centered—truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a healthcare setting.

Ina was incredibly friendly, thorough, and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. After my consultation, I had bloodwork done, and the technician was skilled that the process was nearly painless.

I also inquired about PrEP, and they promptly put me in the queue to meet with Alejandro, the PrEP navigator. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and proactive in helping me start the process.

Overall, I spent about two hours in the clinic, but it honestly didn’t feel like that long due to how well-organized and streamlined everything was. The staff take their time with patients, ensuring thorough care while maintaining an efficient clinic flow.

I’ve been to many community clinics and private doctors, and San Francisco City Clinic stands out as one of the best. I highly recommend them. Just keep in mind that wait times may vary, especially if you need additional services—but trust me, it’s well worth it!

Oh my God, I can't believe how good and fast it was. I called today around 10:40 am for an MPOX test and got an appointment at 11:30 the same day. The staff was very nice and friendly and helped me with everything. A special thank you to Mr. Terrence—such a nice guy! God bless you!

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I waited over an hour outside the door before being called into the exam room, only to wait another hour with no one showing up. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend so much time waiting without any updates or communication. This experience left me feeling like my time and health were not valued.”

everyone is always so nice, helpful, and respectful of all gender identities here!! and services are free if you aren't able to pay the $25 fee thing. walk-ins might take a while, so I recommend calling when they open to make an appointment!

Made me a lot of questions that I can barely remember (a man) got all my info and ask me for my permissions to have access to my information about my medicine with kaiser (biktarby hiv+) but gave me no threatment on my mainly porpouse there. Do a lot of movement's from "I'm just gonna call it the matrix" (from what makes me sick) and still all ignore my needs. I believe it's something very personal, but have you ever feel like that ?

Great clinic and excellent customer service. They welcome everyone with kindness and respect. I drive and visit SF City Clinic quarterly from Monterey county for my routine blood work and samples, which is a quick process every-time. I greatly appreciate the level of care and friendly customer service they offer. Definitely recommend.
