It's a great program therapy groups is awesome and they have other programs as arts and crafts.
May I add that I had a mentor that was great she helped me so much. The program is unique because you are unique can you choose the program that fits your needs.

The employees are AMAZING. People should go check it out. They offer a lot, good support groups, employment help. Go for a tour. Everything is FREE!!

I have been getting help from Tri-Cty since 2014 and I love this place. I love all the people that help me. I love Jamie Holes and Courageous Minds. Incredible services (mental health)! The wellness center provides reputable referrals to other health services. Therapy groups are provided to the the community at no cost. Staff is generally extremely supportive. The peer led group therapy was a little confusing at first with incorrect meeting ID numbers and no specific dates and times given via email after their transition to tele health (during covid). Problems have since been solved! There are also computers available for those that desire to create a resume or check emails! Very clean well maintained calm environment. They also have a community garden! A little gem in an urban neighborhood.

They offer: Support groups for kids teens and families, Computer lab, Parenting class, Games, Employment workshop, Cooking class, GED prep class, Anger management, Anxiety & meditation, family movie nights on fridays, plus more. Great place!

Although the intake process was lengthy, I understand there are protocols that we must follow. But once all that was handled and taken care of. I I was able to start seeing a physician for my mental health condition. And my follow-up visits with my case manager. And doing this I now slowly have began treatment and therapy. And learning to get through some barriers that have been there. Very content with the services I have received from this office since day one.

Not only has recovery taught me about being thankful, but I’ve discovered that recovery is easier when I’m thankful. When you don’t take life for granted, you automatically wake up and feel grateful. This makes recovery easier because you never want to lose that feeling. Recovery and gratitude are intertwined in that way.
