The women from the front desk are really mean, they treat you like if you are asking for a favor. We went in speaking Spanish and they spoke Spanish to us but treating us disrespectful. And I noticed that people who spoke English they treated them really nice. The doctor was really nice and knowledgeable but you need to change your staff.

I’m writing this to recount something that happened to me a couple years back, and thats the only reason why I don’t name names, because I have blocked them out of memory. Otherwise I’d gladly out them.
I came here once, completely clueless as to what to do for myself. I told a doctor I think I had s icidal ideation and wasn’t sure what to do about it. She said nothing and pulled a 5150. Next thing I knew I was being pushed into an ambulance, nervous and confused. I went to a hospital where I had a long, scary intake that took so long I just walked out of it. The whole experience was terrifying and it convinced me to NEVER trust doctors ever again, and I tell people all the time neither should they. I hate this place and will never forgive these clowns for this day.

My daughter is there with serious concerns. She is terrified and they are making her more scared. They refuse to let her friend back with her. As a nurse, I can say having an advocate and someone to take notes (especially when you are very sick) is critical to getting the right care. I called and they said he could go back, but they will not let him (weird lie?). Avoid this place.

Allowed my fiance and her mother back at the same time with my child, however for some reason I am unable to go back with her and my child. Either update and keep to your standards or remove the stupid concept of only having 1 or no people back with you. Covid gave these places a big head when it comes to these matters, I understand not letting a giant family in but pre Covid pandemic you wouldn’t even question if mom and dad could go with you.

why do they have you wait in lines with no chairs to sit in....we are sick, hurt and need help! Please be consider to us. Have chairs, a number systems...do better!

i don’t understand the condescending tone you guys choose to talk to your patients, i’m not here to diagnose myself i am not a medical professional, learn to have compassion and how to have it reflect in your words if showing compassion and understanding is difficult for you then get out of the medical field there’s no room for that that when people’s health are in the line,for anyone else who’s ever had a negative experience i encourage to always fill out the survey’s they rely on and if u are able to inform your insurance provider!!!
