My non verbal son Ray has been going here since he turned 3 year old. He was diagnosed with autism spectrum late last year and it’s been a huge challenge to understand how he communicates. I understood how hard it was to get a in person session because of the waiting list. My son started off with Telehealth and we had the pleasure of working with Ms. Leila V. She is absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable. I got so many pointers from her and advice. I’ve seen such an improvement with my son, even though it was a slow process the work is paying off little by little. Unfortunately with his busy schedule and transitions we have to part ways but she is absolutely amazing. Thank you for all your help. It was a pleasure. Continue what you do because you’re the best! He is still working with Ms Brenda at the Claremont location and she is also amazing. My son really enjoys her sessions. I’m very thankful for having the support from these amazing therapists.

Entire staff is very nice and professional. They are very accommodating and flexible when we need to reschedule a session or simply switch to a virtual session.

I brought my 2 year old daughter to this office beginning July of last year because she was delayed in her speech and I cannot say enough great things about the therapists and staff. They have all been very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming to us. My daughter is now thriving when it comes to her speech and I owe it all to her therapists, Janey and Rebecca. They make it a very enjoyable experience from beginning to end. They worked with my busy schedule and were sensitive to Olivia's needs at all times. My family will always be grateful for what the office of Justine Sherman & Associates, Inc. was able to do for Olivia.

I would have given this place all 5 stars if they weren’t so pushy and inconsiderate.
The therapist here at this location are great ! Super nice and helpful.
Although, I wish they can do a little more with teaching my son to talk. We been going for a year and some months and my son has made some progress. The thing I don’t like is when canceling an appointment they are pushy to get you in that same day at another time or something the next day. I get it , billable hours need to be met, but my kid is in school and gets sick quite often. I won’t be having my sick child go on or even have session over the computer. He needs rest. The last cancellation I had to give was upsetting. I had to inform them I was running behind with my other child’s appointment in Fontana and they asked me why I’m canceling and how far is the appointment. Also pushing me to take him in that day still. I was put off with the receptionist asking how long will it take me from Fontana to get to the clinic. It was raining and I’m not going to be rushing for a speech appointment that only last 35-40 min when it should be a whole hour (which I’m paying for). They also threaten to close us out if we continue to cancel (which has only been a hand full of times due to my child being sick).
