I hate to leave this dental office because Dr. Sophia is the best. She is KIND, patient and thorough. Because of a billing dispute I will not be returning. As mentioned when I started, I needed to know if I would be paying for anything out of pocket (check the insurance first). Well, on one of my last visits that wasn't done thoroughly. I didn't know my benefits had already run out for the year until I tried to book my 6 month cleaning. Needless to say, this is when I found out the benefits were exhausted till January 2024. So, I ended up owing out of pocket $868.00. Bad business is bad business, you can't be lazy or do your job poorly and think it's okay. Well, that's how I felt when I parted ways. I felt like they didn't care as long as they got their money. If I chose to take a chance and hoped my insurance was going to cover it and they didn't, I would've understand but under these circumstances....NO!!!! 5 STARS FOR DR. SOPHIA AND 0 for management!!

Kind dental Claremont is a great place to have dental work done, even if just the thought of going to the dentist is unpleasant. Dr Sophia and her staff and assistants are always very thorough and professional! Makes the unpleasantness disappear and you feel at ease. They have the requirements necessary to make the visits, great ones!

I finally have a dentist I don't mind going to! For years I've had extreme fear of dentists and unfortunately have suffered from a lot of dental issues because of it. My husband recommended this dentist to me when I had an abscessed tooth. I went and I'm so glad I did. The office is super clean and the staff are very nice. The dentists are caring and gentle. No pain. I was amazed! The male dental assistant (I'm terrible with names) is such a comforting and caring person to a scaredy-cat like me. Just seeing him in the room calms me. Please consider giving Kind Dental a chance. I think you will find your "forever dentist."

I usually go to the one in Claremont but have been to the Ontario office as well. Both locations take pride in their work and have years of experience. I l have tried other dental offices due to insurance and nothing compares to kind dental. They explain everything and don’t rush in their work. Both offices are always cleaned and waiting times are short.

I had to come here this week for the first time because of a horrible tooth infection and my regular dentist couldn't get me in. Kind of dental got me in the same day even though their appointment schedule was booked and took care of my problem. The staff are amazing! Polite and helpful and super friendly! My experience was so good that I'm going to make this my full-time dentist. If that isn't a good recommendation, I don't know what is.

Everything they do is fast and easy
All the assistants are friendly and of course the dentist as well. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone even kids! You’ll be happy with your results. Very nice and clean office

Dr.Sarah Y and Stefany are the absolutely best dentist i have ever met and was lucky enough to have them work on my mouth.painless quick and i was outta there feling good.highly recommend them.
