I really haven't had any serious issues, there is one thing that bothers me, it's whenever I miss a call and call back, they don't know what I'm talking about and say that they will have a nurse call me back but never do. I still rather be here than anywhere else.

Been here 4 hours with person throwing up about every 5-7 minutes and he still has not been seen. He has not be able to eat or drink for 4 days and they know this and passing the 4 hour mark all they have done is asked if he needed another barf bag. You will die if yo go here

Horrible experience trying to get prescriptions refill from this place they also need to do a lot more cleaning in their patients room last time I was there it smell like dirty bathroom lots of dust and hair in the floor, the Doctor was great as as always!!! This is a clinic management issues I hope that they read reviews and actually do something to improve their service

I have been trying to establish myself as a new patient with a primary care. I called this office twice to get an appointment. Both times I was unable to reach a live person and the telephone recording said if you were calling to schedule an appointment to leave a message and someone would call you before close of business that day. I called two separate days over a couple of weeks span and each time left a detailed message of why I was calling with my phone number. Neither time did anyone return my call. It has been over two weeks since I initially tried to schedule an appointment and I still haven't been called. I will not attempt again and have no interest in becoming a patient at an office that cannot answer their phones or at least return a message.

I was a patient here and realized the weekend before Christmas that I was low on my prescription sleep medicine. I called the Monday before Christmas and left a message and never received a reply so I called back and left a message Tuesday. I eventually received a reply on Tuesday and was told that my physician was on vacation and that since he had not prescribed or refilled the medication that I would need to call my previous doctor for a refill even though I had listed the medication on my initial paperwork. About 10 minutes later I received a call back from St Vincent’s primary care to inquire about the dosage of the medication and was told they were calling it in to my pharmacy - problem solved. It did not get called in, so I called back Thursday morning and was told that they would not refill the medication and that there was no record of the call on Tuesday that I received to tell me that the medication was getting refilled. It was then too late to call my previous doctor as they were already closed for the holiday. One hand does not know what the other is doing at this doctors office and I would definitely not recommend them as primary care physicians

While traveling, my husband and I stopped here for treatment. The sweet lady at the front desk helped work us right in. ALL of the staff was wonderful, but Dr. Richardson and Tori gave us the best primary care we have ever recieved. The facility was super clean!!
I would highly recommend this place.

Got here before 8 for a basic drug screen. The person didn’t arrive to open doors until 8:05. I was first in line. Still waiting for a basic drug screen . Unprofessional and unbelievable.
Got taken back after an hour, took 10 min. Should have chosen another facility.
