Visiting Dr. Robbins was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had going to a doctor. I do not understand all the positive reviews he has on here. I never care to write reviews but if it actually helps the next person… Here’s my experience-

1. The facility was sub-par in cleanliness. I tried not to judge the waiting area, but unfortunately nothing improved once I was led back to my patient room. For starters the nurse hadn’t changed the paper on the patient table. The tall trash can in the room was overflowing (lid unable to close) with dirty gloves, napkins, etc. There were also dirty handprints on the wall..
2. I saw the doctor for maybe a whole 3 minutes (I wish I was being dramatic, it was that little of time) after waiting 45 minutes in the patient room to see him.
3. He would barely let me speak, he talked over me the entire time. Putting words in my mouth, it was apparent he couldn’t wait to leave.
4. He ran his stethoscope across my back in about 5 seconds without telling me to do deep breathes… while he was yapping… what’s the point of even doing that if you aren’t checking anything?
6. I asked him about a bruise on my leg I was concerned with and if he could take a look and then possibly refer me to a dermatologist if it was needed. He didn’t even glance at my leg.. immediately referred me to his wife who is a derm… *eye roll* yeah if she’s like you no thanks.
7. I felt so rushed and he was so inconsiderate that I left in tears.
8. It then took A MONTH for his staff to figure out how to submit my prior authorization… I listened to his office staff repeatedly tell me they got it done only for them to realize they kept doing it incorrectly.

If you’d like to visit a doctor that actually cares, do not go to this guy. I’ve moved around a few times now and have been fortunate to see what good physicians are like. This man is not one! I’m not happy that I used my time and insurance on a visit with him, when I just had to end up finding another doctor.

I came to Dr. Robbins, needing a primary doctor. I showed him some paperwork and Rx's. He took me in w/out any problem. I'm really glad he did. He has taken great care of me and my husband. I've needed to see other professionals during this time (7 or 8 yrs). He sends me to the best of the best well-known doctors. I'm very grateful to the whole team of doctors, nurses, lab techs, and many, many others. Thanks doc Robbins! You are very much appreciated!

Well I am searching for a primary doctor right now. He was very welcoming. He got right to the point of my visit without making me feel rushed. He got right to my prescriptions and I do mean (right to them). My wife and I left... 5 or 6 minutes had elapsed and I received a text from CVS letting me know that my prescriptions were ready for pickup. My wife was so shocked as was I. For my first visit I can say I was thoroughly impressed. His people skills were on full display also. I think I've found a real winner in Dr. Robbins. As for the 4 ☆'s... that's just me. I've never given 5 ☆'s, I think that gives the person or company that I'm giving a review for keep striving for perfection. Even though I have nothing negative to say about my visit. I shall return ?

The nurses are great and shows concern! The doctor his self made me feel like he wasnt really concerned about certain health issues because i haven’t got a call back about setting up a appointment with a counselor. I felt very rushed he was talking over me while trying to explain things and also instead of letting me know i would need to make another appointment for paperwork to be filled out in which was emailed to nurses while there. They could have filled out paperwork with me still there. Instead they called days later saying i needed to make another appointment which is more money! One of the ladies in the front were talking about other patients while patients were in the front signing in. Overall unprofessional! Once again the nurses are GREAT!

I came in as a new patient. At first there was a problem with my insurance. I then had a lot of paperwork to fill out. Once my vitals were taken I was taken to a small room to wait. the doctor didn't even introduce himself but started of asking why are you here today. I explained that I was establishing a new primary and wanted to get sugars under control he then told me that he was sending me for bloodworm and he would call me the next day.
He didn't call, his nurse did but his tone and manner was very standoffish and dismissive.

The office was clean and neat in appearance. The front desk lady was afraid she was going to get sick again so she kept spritzing her hands with Lysol. The triage nurse was very kind, as was the nurse/s that came in the room. The doctor however wanted me and my husband to have Covid SO bad it’s all he talked about. He kept repeating that he was “convinced” we had it. EVEN though our test was negative. He even insisted that I take an at home test over the weekend and WHEN it was positive to call him back and he would give me medicine for it. I took 3 over the weekend and into Monday STILL NEGATIVE. We won’t be back. At least not to him.
