My mom is a new patient of Dr. Brittany's. She's done nothing but rave about the high level of quality time, attention, and care she's received from Dr. Brittany and her staff, Blanca and Ashley, to myself, our family and friends. I recently got the opportunity to join my mother and meet Dr. Brittany and her staff. I can see why my mom's so grateful to have found a positive, safe-space for her medical needs to be met. I'm thankful and at peace knowing my mother will be well looked after here!

OMG! My prayers for a new doctor have been answered! Blanca and Ashley are the sweet girls in the front office 🙂 Great hires, Doctor! Extremely personable, helpful, patient, and kind! My first appointment was wonderful! All boxes checked! I am looking forward to coming back to review my blood work! Who says that? Me! I love my new doctor!

Felt humiliated today after my visit by the practitioners. I felt their suggestions were rude and completely unrelated to my concerns. Then, as I sat in the front room, I could hear whispering and laughing. I was mortified. Go somewhere where the doctor will actually see you and not practitioners who make you feel awful. I will never go back.

They can never be relied on to get in touch or return calls. They don't make sure they send off your paper work to those they referred to. They don't check to verify that they've faxed things out. They tell you they'll do something but never follow through. Dr. Wertz is fine, I like her. But her staff is attrociously mismanaged and never on the ball. I've been coming here for a while now and it's been nightmarish to get anything done with her staff.

Update: she's hired a lot of new, more efficient employees at her office. They're finally getting paperwork done fast now and they return calls but you are on a wait. I guess she is overburdened, can't be helped. She's doing her best and she's super friendly and I love her for it. Haven't seen her my last few visits though. Been relegated to her nurses and trainees for literally everything now. I actually miss her lol. Moving the rating up from a 1 star to a 3 star due to overall improvements she's clearly since implemented.

Dr. Wertz is amazing. Takes the time to listen to her patients and is sincere. Her knowledge and expertise is invaluable. The staff is also very supportive and they all treat patients with respect and dignity.
