Milestones was our very first place for physical therapy my son was able to take his first steps here with a gate trainer and guidance of PT Crystal. He received OT, PT and ST here for a couple of years. With their help and guidance my son was able to start saying his first words with ST Urvashi. Irma in the front desk was always very helpful and kind to us. Few years later I came back now with my daughter for PT and ST. Ms Mora, Ms Urvashi and Ms Kim had been wonderful with her. My daughter was able to catch up on her milestones and took her first steps here. She is now making sounds and on her way to talk soon. This place, and the wonderful People working here were the light at the end of the tunnel to us when we were hopeless, confused, and desperately needing help and answers to figure out what Cerebral Palsy was while also dealing with a pandemic. My son was Diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy Spastic Diplegia February 14th 2020. We were told he will never walk, talk and eventually be just a vegetable but God had other plans for us. If you are the Parent I was in 2020 you are in the right place do the hard work, consistency, dedication and commitment will take you places. You are not alone and please do not give up hope on your little one. You will be surprise of how resilient, strong and confident they will become. Thank you Irma, Urvashi, Kim, Mora, Claudia, and Crystal. ❤️

The receptionist was rude. It's unfortunate because the service provided by everyone else was fine, but the initial interaction set a really negative tone for the rest of my visit. As someone seeking speech therapy for my child, I expect to be treated with kindness and respect, especially in a setting meant to help people improve their communication. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism at the front desk left a very negative impression of the entire center. I hope management addresses this issue because, as a paying patient, I expect to be treated with respect

You would think discrimination against autism would be avoided in a therapy facility, but no I am yet sharing another story of people treat my son . I went in about two weeks ago and I was so excited that we finally found a speech therapist because we have been getting the run around with it for about two years. There’s a lot of stuff to see in the facility so a child might be excited in a new place new environment. We went to the back room for privacy and one on one time .however my son was still excited about all the new things he was seeing the tharpist tried some flash cards and my son was still wanting to go out then the therapist got super frustrated and was like I can’t with him he needs behavioral therapy first. Why is he able to receive speech therapy at school just fine but this woman didnt want anything to do with a kid with disabilities which I’m sure a lot of kids with speech delays do have behavioral issues. I’ve given up hope on tharphy

My experience at the chino hills milestones is AWESOME 😉 staff are all welcoming and nice. My daughter comes about 3x/week and the therapists (OT/Jessica & PT/Danielle (Dani)) are both super friendly and honest. I did not find any reason to get upset none of the times I came in for therapy even if the day seemed completely wasted. My daughter is a bit complex but both therapists really try to develop a comfortable environment for my daughter and are always trying to see what other methods can be used to help motivate or stimulate her to keep her pushing. I love how the entire staff are friendly always greeting parents and remembering names and faces of the families. (Monica & Rita (front desk)) are always trying to make sure schedule fits for everybody and calls in advance with any changes. The entire staff are super empathetic and they genuinely want to help the kiddos with the patience you don’t see with some people. It took my daughter almost a full year of wasteful therapy sessions to get used to Dani and Jessica; now she loves them and lets them hold her with way less crying/whining. I chose to stick with milestones in chino hills rather than a company provided by CCS because this place works for my daughter and fits her needs RIGhT NOW. The therapists got to know my daughter, Lena, pretty well since she first came in and I’ll most likely stay until dani or Jessica are replaced here….they are honest which I like about them. They are not trying to sell me on the thought that they could help or that milestones is right for Lena. They will tell me if they feel like Lena can use the help somewhere else or with somebody else more qualified in certain aspects. They are willing to learn with us parents in whatever we learn to help. I never had to wait long and they are usually on time even on the occasions we are late or early. Always greeting so jolly and politely makes my daughter smile 😉

The staff in this location are so unprofessional and rude. My experience was so terrible. I will not recommend any families to bring their children here! First, I called several times and no one would pick up, when the receptionist finally answered she put me on a 10 min wait, then when talking to me starts being very rude and judgmental. Basically she tells me I'm a bad mother for not making an appointment sooner to have my son seen! Wow! She proceeded to tell me there's an opening for the very next day, I explained to her that the timing wouldn't work for me as I would be rushing and possibly be a few minutes late. Her response was "well if you can't bring your kid tomorrow there is nothing else open until another month or more, so try to make it". Then as anticipated I show up to the appointment 10 mins late and she turns me and my child away in a very rude way. I ask to talk to the Therapist because the center was completely empty and couldn't understand why we couldn't be seen when there was no body. But the Therapist herself was no help at all, her excuse is you have to fill out several paper work which will delay you even more. When I ask to see the paper work it was only 1 sheet front and back! Please don't waste your time and go somewhere else!

Milestones is a great and wonderful place. I totally recommend this place for services. My daughter has been seen here for about 2 years and she just completed her sessions. Mr. Mike is such a great therapist we will miss him and I’m so so pleased with my daughter’s progress and how much she has thrived with the help of Milestones. Also the staff is wonderful.

I went there for my kid and therapy’s call my kid mentally retire and she said she doesn’t see kid that doesn’t learn she was very rude she could that use better vocabulary to tell me. I will never thought a professional to be so rude and so low class. I thing there’s is another way to tell a parent about there kids condition she assumed everything just by looking at the kid she assumed she knows his condition in 2minutes that’s how long she spend with my kid. She base her decision in 2 minutes and a car and star I’m very disappointed.
