First off I'd like to say that Dr. Jessica Ann Poirier and her staff are hands down the best care team in the business!! If I could give 10 stars I definitely would!! 🫠

I've been dealing with a variety of health issues stemming from early last year. Their attention to detail and care have always been top notch since we made the switch over to her care back in November of 2023. I've been with Kaiser for well over 13 years and I will honestly say that this care team is second to none. In my experience no other care team even comes close! Not even a little bit! 😊

I never feel that im just pushed to the side. I've never experienced this type of genuine care elsewhere. Dr Poirier, her LVN Maria and staff are truly amazing at what they do!! Staff is very knowledgeable and kind with the patients. The location is great, plenty of parking, and it's really a clean facility. My Doctor has always taken time to listen to my medical issues, she does not rush me.

Love this little small Kaiser location.
They are so friendly and helpful.
All the employees are welcoming and respectful.
We are always seen on time and don't wait too long for the pharmacy.
